One of the worst golf experiences of my life. Course was in alright shape nothing incredible compared to the other choices around. Food is alright given it’s all inclusive you can’t expect too much. But when it comes to service and friendliness it’s non existent there. The starter is very rude and just acts like he doesn’t care and doesn’t want to be there. I will never be returning and am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience after what it had cost.

In general, it is a nice hotel, but it needs renovation, the furniture is quite old. The food is great. But the employees chat a lot among themselves, even though the customers are with them, they chat and joke among themselves. Very wrong. But let's not take credit for the employees who are very polite and respectful.I think the biggest shame is - you couldn't fit a Masjid into the big Hotel... There is no Masjid. That means it's unimportant for the hotel owner - but for that reason alone, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I wouldn't come again.

As we entered the new year, our choice was Kaya Hotel. It was a very nice and enjoyable holiday. I would like to thank Kaya Hotel staff and all the team members. Thank you very much for everything. We were here in October, we were very satisfied and we came back for the new year. We liked it very much. It was a very nice holiday. Everything about food and drink at the hotel is of very high quality. There are many great activities for children. The aqua park is very enjoyable. The rooms and other areas are clean. We would also like to thank Ms. Kardelen and Mr. Durmuş, who took care of us from the very beginning of our holiday, for their interest and concern.

Everything is perfect. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Tahir and Hilal from the main restaurant are very friendlyThe only concern is the water, all of the pools are extremely cold. I got sick because of this. That’s is why I rate the hotel with 4 starts instead of 5
