Hotell asub Okurcalaris, mere ääres. Hotellil on mitu basseini, mugav päikeseterrass ja väike veepark. Lastele on miniklubi, meelelahutus, üritused ja etendused ning rannas ja basseini ääres korraldatakse pidusid. Tubade arv pakub majutust kahe magamistoaga standard- ja peretubades. Tubades on konditsioneer, tasuta WiFi-ühendus, televiisor, minibaar ja privaatne duši ja fööniga vannituba. Tubadest avaneb vaade aiale või merele. Hotell töötab ultra all inclusive süsteemis. It's my 3rd day at the hotel and our 3rd visit. Will I come again? I never will. They promised a steak house when making a reservation in November. It wasn't our request, they gave it. Then, when we came to the hotel, they said they couldn't provide a steak house. Then they put a pancake maker for 3 days, even though we said that we are allergic to dill, the pancake maker is not at all interested, there is no kashar, no spinach, but we transferred it to the relevant units with plenty of dill, which we are allergic to, but there is no result, after my holiday is over, their corrections do not apply to me, unfortunately, it is something like salt coming after I am full.

I would like those who will decide by looking at the comments to take this comment into consideration so that you do not make the same mistake... We were going to stay at the hotel in question between 17 - 22 June. We chose the hotel because it had high ratings based on the reviews. However, although the hotel check-in time was 14:00, the staff at the reception told us that the room was not ready yet and that they would prepare it until we had dinner, so we went down to dinner. For lunch, there were only 3 main courses in the main restaurant and the snack restaurant. After a short shock, we did not bother and had our fill as we came from 600 km away. When we went to the lobby, they informed us that the room was still not ready. There were many families who shared the same fate as us. We called the hotel agency we purchased from and asked for support, and they could not stand the contractions and told us that our room was ready in 1 hour. We requested a change from our agency, but since the hotel management did not approve, the process took another 2 hours, so we gave up and decided to stay at the hotel. The hotel's public relations managers, Ms. Cansu and Ms. Seniha, promised that we would never regret it and that we would be very satisfied. When we entered our room, we saw that the air conditioner was not working and we called the reception. But on the first day, no one paid attention. Due to fatigue, we did not bother about this issue and went to dinner. When we asked for our drinks at dinner, the waiters brought us half a glass of drinks with all their unhappiness, as if we had asked for something bad. We asked for water and it came with a quarter glass full. My wife and son and I promised each other that we should assume that all the problems had found us, let's not get stuck and enjoy the holiday. When we went to breakfast in the morning, we saw that none of the finished products had been renewed, and when we requested the product they brought it and gave it to us, but even though they constantly said that they were renewing it, none of it was renewed. The situation was similar for all beverages. Also the tea cups, forks/knives/spoons were stained. Subsequently, we contacted Ms. Cansu again because the air conditioner was still not working. The problem they said was solved was not solved when we arrived in the evening. When we contacted them again, they said they would support us, we asked them to fix it after we left the room, but they came suddenly and the technical team came in unhappy again without any explanation. After calling their manager Mr. Sadık and informing him that we were not available, they slammed the door and never came back to the room. After my friends' procedure, leakage started around the air conditioner. We requested a change again that day, and our attempt to leave the hotel at 08:30 the next morning (June 19) continued until 16:30 due to pressure from the hotel management, and our day and holiday were ruined. Lastly, I would like to add that our sister, who makes pancakes, has not even installed a fan, even though there is a stove next to her at 40 degrees, and she is expected to cook pancakes for the guests staying there for hours. Of course, a business that does not even satisfy its own employees cannot be expected to satisfy its customers. I recommend you not to be fooled by the reviews and stay here.
We met again at Kirman Leodikya after two years. I would especially like to thank Ms. Cansu, who welcomed us with a smile at the entrance of the hotel and took care of us. Everything was perfect, from the food to the cleanliness. All the employees were attentive and attentive. We had a nice holiday. We would like to thank all the Leodikya employees.

I would absolutly love to come for christamas this year. We would come with two other familys but i have some things curious about.Will there be anything closed during christmas time? Like restuarants or anything else?Will there be any kind of christmas party?Will there be less food than usual?Thank you i hope you can come back to me

I stayed here for 10 days with my sister and 2 young nieces and we had an amazing time. The children were kept entertained the whole time by the fun and friendly staff. After a few days of our stay, the staff knew our names and always looked out for us to check if we were okay.The service was incredible in every aspect, especially the bar staff. The pool bar staff get around on skates which meant we were always looked after when sitting by the pool. One particular bar staff Ökkeş Koç was very friendly and kind to me and my family, always checking if we need drinks or snacks. We are so satisfied and couldn’t be more happy with the quality and service we were provided with during our stay and will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is nice and you can stay here and relax. The service is good and everybody add the hotel will make your stay so nice as possible. The personal assistant Kamila helpt us allot to make the vacation nicer.

We will always remember the wonderful time we had in Turkey at Kirman hotel. We haven't rested this well in a long time! We felt calm, surrounded by everything and we knew that we don’t have to worry about anything. If we needed something - Kamran Binali were always here for us. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Kamran for your care, smiles and everything that made us feel at home ☀️🌊🏝️
