The food here is terrible. I got food poisoning and my wife and I had a high temperature and were vomiting for two days. We both ate fried potatoes a little in the morning and soon two days of suffering began. They serve powdered mashed potatoes here. It's not even real potatoes. The next day after being poisoned by their food, I went to the registration desk and asked to give me some kind of pill, to which I received a cold answer that it was not their problem. I got food poisoning on the third day. I started eating only on the fifth and then went to the cafe to eat because they were afraid here. On the first day, immediately after arrival, they said that there were no places and settled us in another of their hotels, although they had everything booked. On the last day after 12 at night I went to give the keys to the registration desk and waited for the transport to pick us up, and the registration employee said very dissatisfiedly that we should pack up and leave the hotel. Although I said that I would wait for a taxi bus inside, because I could be at the hotel until noon.
The rooms are clean and cozy, air conditioning works, there is a refrigerator and a balcony in every room. There is a pool, but until 18:00 The beach is close, but I didn’t swim on it, because the shore is made of stones. I walked 400 meters to the left of the hotel towards the fortress. There the sandy beach is no longer stones.
The result - the rooms are ok, the service is nasty, the food is mega nasty, sometimes it seems that it is delayed.
I do not recommend this hotel!

It's wonderful and beautiful.
It's spotlessly clean.
The staff is friendly.
The food and desserts are good.
There are rocks in the sea, but 100 meters away, there's a sandy area where you can swim.

The hotel is located right on the beach and close to the shops. The rooms are fine. Some of the staff were unfriendly and not very motivated. In the evening the buffet was sometimes cleared away very early before the end of the buffet times. Overall, the food offered little variety.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. It had 4 stars 30 years ago, the staff works like punishment, you won't hear "good morning" for the first time, they were often not even nice, the food was a disaster, the same dishes all the time were not very tasty, and more often even tasteless. Pool bar empty, rooms clean, but old and often smell of sewage. A hotel for older people, because that's the only clientele you can meet there, a hotel not for children - they will be bored to death. Two advantages are that it is close to the beach and the cleaning ladies are nice and systematic.
I honestly don't recommend it!

Alanya is one of my favorite cities. The beach is great, the hotel is located, the service is wonderful, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, but it would be better if there were warnings. I will recommend

Hello, first of all, I would like to thank the staff for having a nice holiday. The hotel is small, quiet, location, super rooms, service and all services were good. I will definitely recommend it.

The worst experience I've ever had. Bored staff, very bad and re-used food, what didn't pass in the morning, you get it for lunch and dinner, mess in the rooms, everything is paid for, it's not all inclusive, you pay for internet, safe, sunbeds, umbrellas... If you want to you have a coffee at 07.00, you have nowhere to go, the restaurant and bar opens at 08.00. The bar is empty. They have 2 bottles of wine, one white and one red that tastes like pills and is sour like vinegar, a tired gin, and some 10° vodka. Beer, you say, is water with foam. I do not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy!!! It's a block of 1 daisy

We came on holiday with my family and we had a lot of fun. The rooms were better than we expected, they were clean and tidy, everything is very nice, especially Mr. Fatih at the reception, thank you very much and thank you to the bartender friends, they are very friendly :)

Very nice small 4* hotel on the Kleopatra beach in the northern part of Alanya. The food is both local and mediteranian, very delicious. Close to the Migros supermarket. The hotel has an area on the beach (sun umbrella €3, sunbed €3.50). Sandy beach with a warm cristal clear waters.

When we arrived at the hotel and expected to get the keys to the reserved and paid for rooms, we were told that the hotel was unfortunately full and that we would have to spend the night elsewhere. I knew then that customers are not important to them.
The next shock was when I arrived in the room. A dirty bathroom and bedding awaited me there. And the whole thing is repeated in the dining room, where all the glasses are dirty.

The most miserable hotel on the whole stretch. Paid for all inclusive but this does not include wifi, fridge or fresh air. Staff are so unhelpful maybe they should pay. No matter how cheap the deal do yourself a favour and avoid

Friendly family hotel located not far from Alanya centre around a 5 minute taxi ride. Good location being close to the beach and a supermarket for cheaper amenities. Very grateful for the Reggae Bar as there wasn’t much entertainment but the singer one evening was absolutely brilliant.
Food wasn’t typical for English but it wasn’t bad, just very different!
Very clean rooms, and great pool side wraps.

The most horrible hotel!!!!!
we booked our holiday at Ada Beach Hotel six months in advance of our stay.
we arrived at 20:30 in the evening, we were not greeted in a friendly way, but we were told that there were 30 minutes until the end of dinner and that we could go. From there began our worst vacation ever.
We went to the restaurant, almost everyone had finished dinner, we were the only ones, we took food, sat at the table, when they turned off the lights, I had to use the flashlight on my phone to feed my 2-year-old son. So... we ate as much as we could and they put us in the room if I can call it that. First, if you want a room with a sea view, you have to pay another euro in advance, secondly, the room had one double bed for me and my husband, and for my son there was a single high bed in which it is impossible for him to sleep because he will fall. I asked for a child's bed (which they should have prepared before our arrival) the security was quite angry that I asked for a bed but in spite of everything brought
A BROKEN BED WITH A DIRTY MATTRESS was most likely in some closet and not used for years..
things don't just end here! I had black hairs on the sheets also stains the room had sand all over it no one had vacuumed for sure since the hotel opened. Bathroom terribly dirty with used toilet paper from the previous guests.
For 10 days of stay, nobody cleaned the dust in our room, they didn't even bring sheets and a pillow for my son, I had to buy him.
all inclusive is a disgusting food that even the pigs will not eat every day the same for lunch breakfast dinner.. terrible coffee juices and snacks. the manager has a terrible attitude as does the staff. almost every day we had to eat outside the hotel because the food was terrible.
the children's pool was very dirty, the sunbeds and in general the whole area around the pool.
On the last night of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel where me, my husband and my son got food poisoning hours of vomiting and fever
with the last of our strength we got on the plane and went home. The best thing about our entire vacation was that we met a wonderful Serbian family that we loved very much with the same problems as us, thank you very much for being able to smile at us while we were crying from the misery of the hotel! People please don't give your savings to this hotel and be careful where you save your vacations!
