The hotel is well located, close to everywhere, the food was nice and delicious, the room and the hotel were clean and tidy, I liked it, I was very pleased with the attention and friendliness of the waiters and staff, I thank all the staff.

Pierwsze co - hotel owszem jest położony 100 metrów od plaży, ale nie jest to plaża hotelowa. Ta przy samym wzgórzu jest zasyfiona, przepełniona ludźmi. Hotelowa plaża, gdzie znajduje się darmowy bar, jest oddalona o ok. 2km od hotelu.
Jedzenie - mały wybór, monotonne, przekąski to 1/5 tego co było na obiedzie, żadnych hamburgerów, frytek itp. Niby głodny nie chodzisz, ale uważam że marnie jak na 4* hotel.
Drinki - istnieje tylko płatna karta drinków, a i z tymi obsługa ma problem. Podawane w papierowych kubkach.
Animacje - brak, wieczorem nie dzieje się totalnie nic, nawet muzyka nie gra głośniej. Żadnych wieczorów/kolacji tematycznych, totalna stypa.
Lokalizja - tylko to się zgadza z ofertą, faktycznie jest w samym centrum
Obsługa - bardzo miła, ale kelnerzy bywali nachalni w swoich propozycjach pojechania na imprezę.

The cleanliness of the pool can be improved, the younger staff are often fond of their cell phones, the food is usually only lukewarm, for example if there were fries they were prepared up to 30 minutes in advance, we don't even talk about the fish and it was served openly in one Shelves put cat hair in the front area of ​​the hotel, not so good for allergy sufferers like me.

Location is great, staff were very attentive and helpful in arranging transport to the airport. It can be a bit noisy at times, so you may want to use a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

the rooms were clean and the food was nice. plenty of services including a gym and a spa (you have to pay for the spa)
the place wasn't the most luxurious but it was worth more than what we paid. we paid very cheap and absolutely got our moneys worth

Great location - close to the town, shops and the beach. Nice food and staff is friendly. Sadly pool and sun beds are unusable as are always in shade. No entertainment at the hotel is also a letdown. We were also given 2 single beds instead of a double and couldn't change it due to hotel being fully booked.

Very nice hotel, with a good price, close to the beach and the city. The room was nice and clean and it was cleaned every day. The food could be better, but tasted fine. Really nice staff who were very helpful. Especially Emrah was really nice and helped my friend who were hurt. However, a bit strict in relation to having guests along.

Hotel location its self is not bad you have all the shops and restaurants you need , the beach is within a minutes walk and is lovely. The hotel its self is clean the reception staff however if you are English are very rude if you talk loud they tell you to be quiet I was laughing and joking with my friend and no I wasn’t drunk as I don’t drink because I am pregnant,,, I noticed that they did not tell any Turkish or German they did not tell you to be quiet , I was not the only one that they told to be quiet their was quite a few English people they was telling . There is no entertainment at the hotel you can’t get a soft drink untill after 10 o’clock . We went all inclusive there was no point as we didn’t even eat there the food is absolutely disgusting , the food outside in the restaurant however is lovely. Would never ever stay in this hotel again
