Our vacation was very successful, this hotel has charm and a heart that of its employees who are all fabulousThe restaurant is sublime and very very good, we had a great time, the breakfasts were very good, the 2 day excursion was wow, thank you Monjia and her driverThe exteriors are fabulous as are the swimming pools, well done and thank you very much

I have already visited some hotels. The Mediterraneé is probably the worst. You don't have to have a close look to see the dirt and the broken things here. I don't know where to start. Parts of the staff are super friendly while others are cheeky and incredibly intrusive.The grills on which omelettes are prepared every day or where lunch and dinner are grilled are sooo dirty that a thick layer of old oil, fat and burnt food has formed. 90% of the food is incredibly boring, it looks like it has been standing around for hours. In terms of taste, the food is also very monotonous, but the breakfast is absolute hell, I have never seen anything so bad. We skipped breakfast from the second day. Sausage and cheese look like from aLaboratory bred and a correct selection is not fair either. It is no different with the "snack" in the afternoon, only there is even less. Especially after a long journey, you are looking forward to a small snack but not in the Mediteranée.There are a lot of flies here that are absolutely annoying. You can find them at the beach, at the pool, at the bar, etc., which is perhaps also due to the disused pool, which has apparently been rotting for years in the interior of the right part of the hotel, which can be easily recognized by a thick layer of algae.A bartender wanted to buy something from me. After I told him that I wouldn't sell it, he became totally cheeky. Since that evening, he wanted money from me for all the money. We played billiards, since a ball did not come along with billiards when throwing in the money, he wanted 5 dinars to help. According to the entrance sign, the room with the billiards closes at 12 o'clock only if you give the same guy 3 dinars, otherwise he closes at 11 o'clock and throws everyone out.Many things are about to disintegrate here. Hoses in the shower consist of more holes, water damage and swollen ceilings and strips can be seen again and again and chairs are broken or uncomfortable. Fortunately, there were no other insects except for the flies.

Stayed here 11th Oct -21st 2024. The place is absolutely gorgeous! The weather was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the waiters, the cleaning staff, and I have to say a special thank you to Mohamed the pool guy who was so lovely everyday and the pool bar staff! ❤️. The food was delicious, something for everyone. The indoor bar staff however didn’t seem as friendly, quite rude at times which made me feel like I didn’t want to sit in that area. On the whole though this is a fantastic hotel and great value for money.

One can only speak of this hotel in superlatives. I've been to several hotels of a higher standard in Hammamet, but this one surprised me the most. A beautiful hotel in a wonderful palm garden. Beautiful, clean beach. Great swimming pools; one with sweet and one with sea water, also a pool for the youngest with a small slide. Excellent, authentic food. High praise for the varied selection of dishes. Rooms modest but clean, towels and linens changed daily.I would like to single out and praise the work of those at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Great communication, they did everything to make our stay special. Hichem, Ayed, Omar, Ahmed, Wael thank you for your service!The only hotel to which I will gladly return. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We came with travel agency for a week of all inclusive.Positive: Outdoors, lovely space with two pools, palm trees, sun beds, bar. Beach also very nice, clean, sun beds available. We enjoyed it a lot.Staff: everyone welcoming and nice even though a bit of language barrier in English. We did not speak French but we managed to. Even though we had some issues on the first day it was approached nicely by hotel management and solution was offered.All inclusive: big variety of food for lunch and dinner, breakfast and snacks could be a bit better, but still we enjoyed it.Negative: WiFi is not working properly, very weak connection and in room it only worked last two days. We bought a SIM card so it was manageable.Some maintenance in the rooms would be nice as not exactly new as on the pictures. We had a triple room with a garden view, but however didn’t spend much time there.For going to city we used Bolt app.Tours possible to organise in a Hotel and we went with TTS -highly recommended.Overall very nice experience - would definitely recommend!

First of all I like to thank all the staff who make our holiday special and fun ! Everyone deserves a big thank from all the guests as they work so hard and yet still always with a big smile and kindness:)About the hotel ,-Room is basic but clean (anyway you do t go there to spend time in the room )- Garden is beautiful, the beach is clean and nice calm water really warm , there is two swimming pool one is heated is the main one where is water sport , yoga , aerobic etc , the other pool is salted water really amazing , the garden have nice seats and bench to spend time anytime of the day we liked to stay there after dinner :) and also a swimming pool for kids .- food, lunch and dinner is so nice lot of options and quality food really tasty , we think the breakfast and snack should have a bit bigger options but still is really tasty and there is always something to find, fresh fried egg and doughnuts etc .- entertainment team work hard to provide the vibe too and it’s really nice every night a little show :)- internet you only have at the reception what I found a bit annoying at the beginning but then I was happy cuz I spend more time with my partner and it’s really good a bit of detox :))- the hotel dose not provide tower for the beach and pool but u can buy there for only 15 Diram £3, also they don’t provide shower gel and shampoo so or take with you or buy there is also quite cheap.- there is billiard and mini golf also playground for kids and many more !We really loved that place and the staff make it even better so we planing to go back from time to time .Highly recommended! Best hotel in Tunisia and worth for the money !Thanks again !

The rooms and hotel themselves - lovely. We had a spacious room and the dining, reception and pool areas are large and picturesque. Whilst the hotel staff try their best their English is at times a struggle. Please bear in mind this is very much a FRENCH hotel. What the hotel offers is slightly misleading. Indoor pool - not available unless you pay for expensive spa treatment. WiFi - 90% of the time does not work in reception or restaurant or any social area really. It did work well in the room but we weren't there all day of course. Entertainment and activities is spoken almost entirely in French so isn't great fun to be a part of. Location is okay but there didn't seem to be much around the hotel and reception staff didn't understand us when we were trying to ask. One thing I will say is great security at the hotel. Gates at the front with security personnel there and also a member of staff at the beach entrance to the rear of the hotel. We did have a good holiday however slightly bored at times with the evening entertainment.

We stay in this hotel 7 nights we enjoy all moments till my daughter get sick.If this incident not happend all will be wonderful from the man outside door till lady she clean the rooms.Must be renovated but event like this we have a plesent stay.The sea very nice clean and the have a beautiful garden, amazing 4 pools all nice and clean.The guys from bar reception restaurant including the 👩‍🍳 chef what is hansom and good cooking all tray to make us feel happy.Guys from animation very dedicated except the lady boss of them what make us feel discriminate because she never mentioned romanian.Over roll thanks staff for plesent stay.If you are going in vacation in tunis tray this hotel specialy families.Nice and clean.Thank you again.
