Linnahotell, mis asub Hurghada tiheda liiklusega peatänava Sheraton Street’i ääres. Väike ja hubane hotell kaunilt kujundatud territooriumiga (Bougainvillea Alley). Meeldiv teenindus ja lai toiduvalik. Sobib noortele ja nooruslikele puhkajatele. Hotell asub Sheraton Roadil – Hurghada uue kesklinna peatänaval ning melu ja möll on igal ajal käeulatuses. Samas on territooriumil suhteliselt rahulik atmosfäär. Tagasihoidlik kuid populaarne ja hea tagasisidega hotell, sobib pretensioonitule kliendile.

Run away from this hotel!!!! The people at the reception are catastrophically rude and uncultured, definitely the worst hotel in Hurghada!!! Phew!

Horror!!! The worst thing about this hotel is that I do not recommend coming here at all!!! Absolutely everyone is totally rude and disgusting! Rating -1 ughjjjj I'm disgusted!!!

This wasn't the first time I stay at this hotel but I can already say that I will never return to this hotel again.Something very unpleasant happened. When we arrived at the room, I wanted to leave my personal belongings in the room's safe box, but it wasn’t working. So, I called the reception many times to fix it, but they didn’t come until 2 days has passed. During that time, I had to leave some of my belongings outside. So when I came back to the room, I found out that the money I left there was missing. I went to the reception and spoke to the manager Ahmed, a man with no respect for the customer, he disrespected me and said that I was wrong to leave my belongings on the table. He said that the cleaning staff must have thinked that the money was a tip for them. he claimed that this it’s known everywhere that when you leave money anywhere in your room, it’s considered to be a tip for the cleaning staff. He told me that I should leave everything in the safe box in the closet, but how can I leave it there if it's broken?Another issue is the food they offer in the restaurant, every day they say they serve a different cuisine, that's a lie! the food they serve has nothing to do with the menu outside the restaurant, and their food tastes the same everyday and it’s not fresh. They put 2 men in chef uniforms to circulate in the kitchen room so customers can think that the food is really good quality, but anyone who understands food knows that this is not the case. and so.Unfortunately, I was not comfortable or safe in this hotel, I had to checkout one day earlier and look for another hotel. I don't recommend it for anyone.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is in the center and you can easily go for a walk. The rooms were fine, you have everything you need, but it was pretty noisy all the time, especially in the night and the windows are not soundproofing at all. Also the WiFi is terrible, there was no WiFi in the rooms. The restaurant was nice but there was not enough variety of food and it wasn’t tasty, unfortunately. The beach area is really small and it’s not enough for the amount of guests the hotel has.

Ok, my review might not be objective. The food is fine (even though I had constipation for like 2-3 days, but I blame this on the climate change,l). The rooms were clean and the cleaning personnel is very courteous and nice.As a woman, I was feeling very uncomfortable because most of the staff was quite clingy- complementing, whispering in ear, asking about my age etc. the animation team was trying their best, they have quite nice artists, however, they do push you to participate, that’s not nice. If I was alone, i wouldn’t feel safe here.

Probably wouldn't revisit.Found the beds to be harder than concrete and it genuinely ruined the entire stay.The twin room we stayed in was very cramped and it was very dated and had a lot to be desired with the finishing touchesFound the staff to be very helpful and pleasantFood was very good and had plenty of options.Common areas and pools were in very good condition and nicely maintained.Location is situated bang slap in the middle of hurghada and is great to walk to most places.

Regular throughout the hotel. The meals are always the same, the people who work in the hotel are very friendly but there are some who are not. In my case I paid for one night and when I asked for an extension we had problems because they changed the all inclusive seals to breakfast only. We had paid the same and the lady at the reception asked us for 180 euros more to get the all inclusive seal back (almost 3 times more than what we had paid initially). They were not able to resolve the situation and ended up doing it in a bad way. The place is nice in common areas but the room is quite small.
