Animation is very interesting, live and I feel myself good. Thanks for guy's who make animation. Hotel is very nice, food is tasty, and territory is clean. Thanks for all!)

For the price of the hotel it’s in a good standard , the sea is wonderful, pools is clean, problem is the food and drinks it’s lower quality than I accepted

Second day here and we already want to leave this hotel...at 07:30 they started cutting the grass..You can hear your neighbors true the walls ...like the hotel is made of cartoon..Let's start from the beginning:- room - we arrived a little bit earlier and we were waiting for the room to be cleaned. We booked one large bed and they gave us two separate bets by telling us that they are super comfortable, but when you lay down like you are in a pool ... And in the morning you have a headache caused by uncomfortable pillows- bathroom - when you sit on the toilet shi is moving and you have the feeling that you will fall down. There is no hot water neither in the morning or night.- beach- the view is good , but the water is muddy and oily on the top. There are couple of coral reefs but you are not able to see them due to the dirty water. That's why we preferred to stay and use the swimming pool (in the bus they told us that we can use the swimming pool until 18:00 p.m but at 17:00 one guy came and asked us to leave the pool ...)-garden-smelling of something bad all the time, there are some insects which are biting you all the time evern you use a spray and they were sptayng at night-restaurant - the food was not tasty, only the chicken was so and so okayThe fish was fried in very old oil.In general we made a nisstake and we didn't check the reviews here before booking this hotel.Not recommended at all!

It is a disaster in all areas. Go there if you want to ruin your holidays. most disgraceful experience in my life. And please don't read the reviews on tripadvisor, as they were written by paid reviewers and bots.1. Unpleasant and rude staff, especially in the reception. You cannot get any exact information there, only notes to come later, to check somewhere else. They even didn't bother to print out transfer timetable for check-out, it was provided with scandal and it came out times were provided by the organizers, but they didn't bother to print it. Everywhere you go - it seems like you are the the peasant and you asking something from the boss..2.Most disappointing and routine food ever. The food was stinky, poor, disgusting. you had to eat stinky liver, stinky fish, and ugly boiled beef. Pasta was watery, glue'ish, like boiled two times. always. Cold potatoes, disgusting salads, was a real fail. Everyday - cooked and grilled for two minutes chicken backs with some meat appearance, and old beef dry smelly burgers. Even the memory of that place "food" make me puke :( Ice cream is made from chemical substance, like Juppi or Zuko, so you cannot eat it..3.Cocktails made from stinky local alcohol with addition of chemical liquids of "fruit" tastes, no juices, no berries, nothing. Beer poured into plastic glasses, 150ml at once only.4."Resort" full of russians, with their poor mentality, so drinking, loud speeches, arguing, sometimes conflicting was a daily routine.5.The grass is irrigated with sewer (!!!!) water, so terrible fecal stink is everywhere during the night, so you cannot sleep with open window.6.rooms are worn-out, air condition torn and making huge noise, so you cannot sleep with AC on.7. Sunbeds are worn-out, even there are not enough of them.If it would be possible - i would give minus 5 stars for that experience!!!

Absolutely terrible do not book here. The place is a disaster please don't spend your money here you will regret it. We cancelled our booking after one night as they weren't willing to refund us and wanted to charge the night regardless of the fact we just arrived left our bags and went to ask for our money back. We didn't eat the food is awful. There is a sewage smell in the gardens. The bidet in toilet doesn't work, the phone doesn't work, no kettle in the room. No safe box. No hot water to shower. Feels like a place out of nightmares - even the staff and guests are odd. The animation team were sleeping during the "show" which was a few club dances, no communication with the guests honestly disaster after disaster. Bedding had stains on it and the heated aqua park is not heated. I'd rather not go on a holiday than go here. Boring place and awful atmosphere
