We were there for the first time in August 2024 and were thrilled, almost everything was perfect.Warm welcome at reception, that's how it should be, only we had a room on the right side and every evening there was very loud music from another hotel or something similar.The beach, sea, food, etc. were great and there are delicious snacks in the restaurant bar (the small sandwiches are also ideal for the way to the airport) and the staff are very friendly and on their toes in the restaurant bar!What I didn't like in the main restaurant is the drink service, you have to know -> you can't pour it yourself, because you have to order it from the staff and that's actually good, so the guest doesn't pour it themselves and spread viruses, but first you have to Finding a waiter who comes to you, some act as if they are busy, mostly the male staff, but of course there were exceptions, female staff look after the guest better, but on the whole we liked it.We had a standard suite, the room was clean and the cleaning ladies did a very good job, only the furniture was outdated, but that wasn't a problem, the mattresses were hard and I like that.We mostly enjoyed the evening program very much.Sometimes there are parties on the beach and this was great too.The tiles leading to the beach are a bit slippery when wet, but there are signs warning about this.There are a lot of cats there and they sometimes visit the restaurant 😉.The hairdresser or masseur was a bit annoying, but skillfully ignored, and also takes a lunch break where there are waffles and freshly squeezed orange juice, which wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't so unpleasant.One star deducted because of the three points that were a bit annoying.But:Clear recommendation!

This year we had a wonderful holiday again that left nothing to be desired.Very good food, very, very nice staff and a very well-kept facility welcomed us.Our “Zimmerperle” was particularly great.The hotel, outdoor area and beach are monitored 24 hours a day.You can just feel good and that's why wildest have already booked again for 2025.

The hotel is great and the food is great. The hairdresser in the hotel is not recommended!!! is more concerned with his cell phone than with his hairstyle.

We have been coming to the hotel at least once a year for many years.I am impressed by the great service, great and friendly staff. The mega system that is second to none.The mattresses have become harder compared to before, which is an advantage for me as a strongly built person.I also prefer to lie on harder mattresses at home.Of course the furniture has worn out over the years.They could be renewed, but they serve their purpose.But the bathrooms have been adapted and modernized for pensioners and the elderly.Bathtub replaced with walk-in shower.Although personally I would prefer a bathtub.We are currently still in the suburbs and will be back next year.Anyone who has something to complain about here should think about their requirements and ask whether they lay out so much everything at home and cook dozens of different dishes every day.

We were guests in all Tatol villages in Antalya. We came to this hotel for the second time. Everything is perfect. The hotel staff (Aysel hnm, Serife hnm, Sudem hnm), the ones whose names come to my mind in the first place, were so nice to me and my family, not because the holiday was over, but because they were the ones we left. We are sorry. I recommend it to everyone. Zero hassle, full peace.

We had a great stay at this hotel and we would gladly spend our next vacation here. The hotel is located near a bazar and is well connected to cities such as Alanya, Manavgat or even Antalya. The service staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and most of them speak german and english. The rooms are clean, the food is great and there are many entertainment activities.

My stay in this hotel has not yet ended but I couldn’t handle not to post about this hotel.The hotel is beyond amazing!! Very clean and full of facilities but most important is that the service is amazing!! People here serve you with smiles on their faces. You are welcomed regardless where you are coming from, you get the same equal treatment and greetings. Ibrahim bey at the resturant is just sooo friendly! He even brought a notebook and wrote down how he can greet us in our own language, Arabic, because he cares that he makes us feel welcomed! Kubra hanim is very kind and welcoming as well, she never stopped smiling.The hotel is very clean and people are super friendly and the food is really great!This year I visited 5 countries and many hotels and I think this hotel is the best.

The hotel is brilliant as is majority of staff apart from evening reception male staff. Cannot give you simple answers apart from shouting at you. You also struggle to get sun beds after 5am. If it was not if these 2 issues this hotel would easily get a 5* review. Just got back yesterday and the hotel is pretty much full.

We arrived at around 22:00. The receptionist (although spoke little English) made us feel very welcome from the outset. Day one we were sat by the pool and got greeted by the entertainment team. Namely Gokhan and Tito. Without those two we wouldn't have had half as much fun. Although saying that, all the staff and guests were very, very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. 5* service throughout. The rooms are very clean and comfortable as it is throughout the hotel. Although expensive (that's my opinion) I would strongly recommend taking advantage of the in house photograph team. Very professional.If you do travel here from the UK, take euro and not too much lira as most things are in euro.I assume this is down to exchange rates and the resort is primarily aimed at the European market.Thank you for an extremely wonderful holiday 😁

Superb hotel. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on their private beach, which is a short 2 minute walk away. Varied menu, and very clean and tidy throughout. The staff are excellent, except for the reception staff, their English is extremely limited so were not as helpful as they cud have been, but the rest of the staff were brilliant and so polite. There are 4 pools and they are not heated, but because we had good weather they did warm up a little. Only one drawback whilst we were there in April the entertainment was very limited, but they were preparing a large outdoor stage, so maybe it improves as the season goes on.
