Sidest 6 km kaugusel asuv 2019. aastal ehitatud luksuslik hotell kuulub 40-aastase ajalooga tuntud hotellibrändile – Paloma Hotels. Võrgustiku hotellid on mugavuse ja kõrgetasemelise teeninduse austajate seas alati populaarsed ja nõutud. Kompleks paistab silma oma kaasaegse, lakoonilise ja läbimõeldud disaini poolest. This is a great hotel, but I think there are some small things missing for a total 5 star experience. While a person with dietary restrictions can definitely find something to eat here (yay!), I found the process very tiring as a vegan. I wish they coul just list allergens uner the dish names like most hotels around the world do. Here, you need to walk around with a paper listing your intolerances in Turkish (they help you fill that out), only to run into people who aren't quite sure if the dish meets the criteria or not. Then, you need to wait for a main chef who does know that and will walk around with you showing you things. And then you need to go through the same process every meal unless you stick to always eating the same things... The hotel itself is very beautiful, though you can see it ageing if you look closely, probably due for some renovations in the upcoming years.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately there are a number of points that are really disappointing.The waiters ignore you and hardly come to you to ask if everything is okay. Empty plates also remain on the table for far too long and you wait too long to order. I am really not used to this from a 5-star hotel with such a high price.We also did not like the food in the restaurants.They also work with towel cards, something you are more likely to see at cheaper hotels. This should actually not be allowed at a hotel like Paloma.The drinks were disappointing; when you order a lemonade or mocktail, you get a sickly sweet syrup that has no fruit flavor at all. It lacks the freshness and fun you look for on a holiday.Too bad, because these kinds of details detract from the holiday feeling, especially in a hotel that is not cheap.

My family and I recently stayed at Paloma Finesse Side and while the hotel has many great aspects, our experience was mixed due to some issues.Positives:• The hotel itself is very nice and aesthetically pleasing.• The staff is friendly and attentive.• Drinks include not only local options but also famous brands, which is a pleasant surprise.• The cocktails are superb.• There are plenty of activities for children.• The food is fresh, and they cook it in front of you, which is a delightful touch.• Evenings are calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.Negatives:• On our first day, the room (4201) was uncleaned with friendly little spiders everywhere and spots on the couches, making it seem half-prepared for our arrival.• Despite informing the staff about our child’s nap time around 1 PM and requesting cleaning before then, the room was not cleaned by the agreed time. The receptionist acknowledged the oversight but still, no one came to clean that day, leaving us with full trash bins and a second instance of cleaning issues after two days.Overall, the hotel is very good, with wonderful amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, our stay was marred by repeated cleaning service problems that could have been better handled.

we stayed the second time at the hotel around the same month like last year.This year we took again the seaview suite w swim up pool. The park and facility is really good. Beach is very very nice. Kids friendly.Seaview swim up room were nice but can only accomodate 4 people. The hotel was flexible to add our 4y old child for 500 Euro extra for 5 nights. Shower is good. Bed is comfortable, sofas to sleep too. Cleaning was good but varied. Pool private is nice. Waterpark was cool.we had bugs (Kakerlake) in the room two times. we also asked for the last night for one normal room without pool as one of us needed by health condition to sleep deeper. It was possible but we were surprised that they were not open to charge a bit less (cost of 450 Euro charged for one night) even that they got more out of the 4people room in terms of money for the whole nights and the additional room was only for sleep (and they cannot tell us that they would have rented out the room at the same day night that we asked)... an eye opener as we expected more openess and customer orientation as we had seen in other hotels around the globe w same or less stars... in the paloma finesse you really can end up in a dark room w no light, mold in the shower as a standard room for 500 euro... only for sleep ok but not for more (and not the price). reporting the mold at the reception and the bugs only gave back a smile...we will not come back by the overall experience and booked the highest room category and felt little customer orientation in a special situation was strange. They also dropped in the holidaycheck ranking and are not favorable reported like the year before - more reports with the same issues and positive reports are often short and read similar...

Amazing hotel. We had one of the best holidays ever there. Staff is super helpful and friendly, the rooms are great and modern, the location is beautiful and the food is really great too.The water park is incredible, worthy and maybe better than some famous dedicated water parks in Europe.One minor inconvenience is the lack of furniture in the room to organize the clothes for the week. It gets a bit messy with the minimalistic furniture.The volume of the music during the evening show was maybe necessarily loud.Overall, we absolutely loved the place, can't wait to come back next year.We will definitely come back.

The hotel was stunning and beautiful and the staff members are lovely and so kind.The rooms are clean and the all inclusive is very good! I will definitely come back and visit once again!

We were at Paloma Finesse for the 1st time and were staying for 1 week in a studio room.The facility is super beautiful and well maintained, bravo!The room is a great size, but it was not very clean and worn in many places, more attention could be paid here.Also a negative point is often the waiters seemed a little bit lost. Not everyone but some were a little bit lost, walked past you with nothing to do but don‘t ask if you need something to drink.The food was very good and you had so many choices, very nice!! In the evening buffet you have too much choice😅Special thanks goes out to Mustafa and his team, Mustafa is very client-oriented and makes sure that your holidays are perfect.He helped us very often and always greeted us when he saw us. Also always made sure that our cocktails were amazing!Overall a very nice experience and I recommend it to everyone!
