Over many years I have witnessed the slow decline of the Parigata. Already a bit old, it was still a good address in Sanur. I am now totally disappointed with this visit and will not book the hotel again. First the positive. The complex is still very beautiful from the outside and is in a quiet yet central location. You will also be greeted warmly at reception. But that was all the positive impressions. Now the negative: the pool bar seems to have been out of operation for a long time, no service at the pool, no towels for hours. Pool water cloudy and milky. The rooms are now worn out. The bathrooms in particular are in poor condition. Alternating hot water with cold water makes it impossible to take a pleasant shower. Fridge old and very loud at night. The WiFi is unstable and poor, bandwidth is far too little for the number of rooms. Now to the negative highlight, breakfast. Order ala card, that's ok. However, quality and service are very poor. Spread over 1.5 hours we received coffee, fruit juice and brut and the main course, all individually. The hit: the scrambled eggs arrived at the table ice-cold after almost 1.5 hours. Two boiled eggs, ordered as hard-boiled, were brought to the table almost raw after 50 minutes. All of this does not justify the price in any way and I strongly recommend not booking here!

We had a wonderful holiday here!!The whole complex is quite small, clear and laid out in a beautiful garden. In the middle there is a well-maintained pool for everyone. The rooms are large and bright. The furnishings are a bit older, but still functional. And let's be honest, who spends their vacation in a room when you have your own great outdoor area with a private pool. The breakfast is rich. You can choose between different variants and it is always freshly prepared. Ideal location as only 5 minutes to the beach or shops and restaurants. Not to mention the great employees. Keep it up!👍👍We have already booked for next year and are really looking forward to it🏖️🤗

Fantastic Balinese style villas , comfortable beds and lovely staff , Adit was especially helpful and gave exceptional service throughout our stay ! Excellent location close to restaurants and massages !

A very nice place, the entire house with a swimming pool for your exclusive use, a restaurant on the premises with very good food, the service was very nice and took care of all our additional needs. The houses are large, clean and well-equipped. The exclusive swimming pool does the job. Each house is fenced so you can feel its privacy.

This place is amazing. Beautiful garden, excellent food in a beautiful restaurant, and a perfect villa with a swimming pool.The hotel staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, for which we are very grateful. We sincerely recommend Pargata Duyung Villas!!!Anna and Erik

Just spent 3 nites here and I had been looking forward to it for quite some time , I enjoyed many things here but there was also a few things that annoyed me too , considering the price we paid per nite.I enjoyed -The location , 100m to the beach and restaurants.Having our own private pool , I used it every day.Beds were comfortable , aircon worked well.The gardens are delightful.I didn’t enjoy -The bathroom…dangerous getting into the shower area , older folks could have real problems.The breakfast , not substantial enough…TV reception, basically was a waste of time.Wifi dropped out many times.The Tik Tok brigade - many people walking around the gardens taking photos of themselves all day ??? , 1 day here there was a group of 6/7 here for 5 hours giggling , laughing , shouting all afternoon outside our room , no chance of a afternoon sleep…this went on every day , security of your room comes into question.Accused of using things from the mini bar…nuts and chips , one look in the bin would have proved that.Get rid of the tik tokkers and I would return.

The property is impeccably tidy. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool very clean. The rooms are a little tired. The tv is small and mounted in a weird place you can’t see well because of the 4 post bed. The shower is in the tub with no curtain, so water everywhere. The private pool is a huge perk. The restaurant menu is lacking, and breakfast doesn’t open until 730, a little late. They did have a live act on the Saturday night which was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Close to the beach and a quick walk to shops on the Main Street. The villas are soundproof, quiet.

Beautiful low-key resort with a large, multi-pool swimming area. The onsite restaurant is decent and on the expensive side, but my personal experience with the American breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - 100k for such a small amount of protein portion is a waste.Generally a positive experience.
