The facilities are very good. Location too, close to shops and restaurants. In front of the hotel on the beach there are sun loungers to relax. Pool has sea views.

The location is excellent, on the beach, near restaurants and the town centre and with great sea views, the rooms are clean and comfortable.The swimming pool is clean.The staff are very helpful .Good value accommodation.

I booked a “Deluxe Villa” via Priceline for a 1 night stay at this resort. Some things that you need to know before booking are that the villas are essentially glorified camping. The room was not acceptable for a 3 star hotel - I have stayed in nicer hostels than this. There were mosquitoes and other insects everywhere. I have stayed in several 3 star resorts in Southern Thailand and none of them had this issue.In addition, the door to the bathroom was basically a shack outside. It wasn’t really a hotel room more like a cabin experience which is totally fine just not exactly what I had signed up for when I heard deluxe villa.There were only 2 outlets in the room that were being used by the hotels lamps so just beware that you might need to double up on charging!The access to the beach was super nice because it was right there. The beach restaurant and bar staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. The hotel also offers to take your bags to the pier on your way out!Overall it was fine for a 1 night stay, but hope you know what you’re getting into so make sure to manage your expectations!

I was thinking for a long time about the overall rating (hesitating between 3 and 4 stars), but in the end 4 is more appropriate despite poor room experience.Cons: As stated above, our room was below the average - dated furniture and equipment, big gap between main door and its frame, so insect can enter during the night, very dirty A/C remote.Pros: Room was relatively clean, at least bedsheets and towel, plus bathroom. Room floor was OK - not great, not terrible.Great location close to the hotel beach with amazing view and sun beds for hotel guests. Nice clean pool with a beach view. Beautiful garden and hotel grounds. Helpful staff - after we complained about the insects coming to our room (somebody left the light on in front of our main door), they went to spray out with repellent and left the bottle for us just in case. Didn’t have problem after that.Overall good experience for the price, it’s just a shame the rooms aren’t in a bit better shape.

CONS: upon arrival at the pier, we were told that someone would be waiting for us to help with luggage to the hotel which was a 15 minute walk away. Although this distance isn’t far, we were disappointed to find out no one was waiting to receive us. We waited for half an hour in the blistering heat as we were told by someone that we would soon be greeted, we ended up walking to the hotel by ourselves. When we were shown our rooms, we realised that it was not the room we payed for. We paid extra for a double bed and not two beds pushed together, as the double bed option existed. The reception staff offered us the correct room and upon entering we immediately found that it was also shared with mosquitos. We had to ask reception to sort the issue as this was not acceptable. They bug sprayed part of the room. I would suggest bring your own. The design of the rooms reflect a 3 star hotel, gaps by the bathroom fan to allow bugs through, cracked tiles and no safe. There is also a 1000 Baht cash only deposit in case damage occurs to the room. When we returned to our room from the pool, we were followed by cats and couldn’t get into our room without letting in the cats, we asked reception to deal with this and they did but it is still not ideal. The bed is not comfortable, for someone with sciatic back pain, it was not great. We paid for breakfast which was underwhelming. No alternative milk, raw potatoes and raw pancakes. I also noticed that a couple that checked in received a welcome drink on arrival, my partner and I did not receive this. Aesthetically, this hotel is a 4*, the location is brilliant and the pool is beautiful. However, the rooms and the service bring it to a 2* in my opinion. Furthermore, the smell from the drains in the bathroom is disgusting and incredibly smelly.PROS: the pool is fantastic, the hotel is situated on a beach front which is a 30 second walk and for hotel guests only, although it seemed like anyone could go as it was not enforced. The rooms are spacious and the aircon was good, although it seemed a bit outdated. The water pressure is great in the shower. The members of staff all seem very nice and helpful.

A cozy hotel a little away from the main crowd.I really liked the pool, where there were few people in the evening and you could just relax. I wish the pool was open until at least 9 pm.The rooms are standard, everything was fine.Friendly staff greeted and escorted us.There are many cats living on Phi Phi and the area of this hotel is no exception. I really liked this neighborhood. The hotel has a 24-hour store and in the future I would like to see the opportunity to purchase cat food, since at the moment there is unfortunately no such product there, but I think many people want to please cats. I recommend visiting if you want a relaxing time.
