Albatros aqua parkI liked everything, all the furniture and plumbing in the room, plus the cleaning was super! reception excellent service ♥️ we will definitely come back here again, entertainment and aqua park are a blast

Expected more modern standards in general (also based on review scores Booking and pictures etc). Room outdated. Many things broken (e.g. tiles, powersockets) and not the cleanest in general. (Cleaners/Employees did their best on a daily base though!!) The food/drinks where often from poor quality. Cocktails taste awful. Wine same. Beer was the best choice to pick. Food (buffet) often cold (as none of the guest seems to take the effort to close the lid?) Spoons to take food often cross-contaminated with other food (bad for vegetarians/vegans/allergies). Buffet messy in general. A la Carte restaurant fully booked. Poor instructions received from receptionist upon check in. Unaware of many details

Successful holidays BEAUTIFUL hotel connected to other hotels!!! WiFi works very well. The food POETRY OF TASTES the canteen at Aqua Vista is delicious, the one at Aqua Park is a bit poor but everyone will find something for themselves, there is a huge selection of restaurants and bars!!! Beautiful views . Disco, swimming pool on the roof is impressive :-) Clean everywhere!!! Staff very polite and work at top speed! This Hotel is 10/10! Beautiful water park pools! Thank you and we will come back next time, only for longer! :-) The children are happy, we are happy too, beautiful Egypt, wonderful weather, what more do you need to be happy.

We love Albatross hotels, we have been coming to different ones for four years. Well, what can I say, a beautiful complex of hotels, Aqua Park is more for families with children, Aqua Blue is the most stylish for young people, all the animations and movements are there, Aqua Vista hotel relaxation. You can use the entire territory without restrictions. As for the food, everything is fine, not fancy, but tasty and of high quality.

ATTENTION, ATTENTION, CZECH ANIMATOR KRISTÝNALast year, my friend and I enjoyed our vacation. On the last day of the tour, the animator KRISTÝNA (Czech living here) approached us at the reception, saying that if we didn't have Czech crowns for dollars, she would need to send them home to her family. I complied, she gave me $300 today when I returned to Egypt, I found out that the dollars are old and no one will take them here. I think we won't be the only ones with whom it will happen again. Maybe I'm stupid, but when she asked me for help, I tried to comply.

There was a very unpleasant situation with one of the waiters of a Mediterranean restaurant, who did not want to serve me, spoke rudely to me in Russian (given the conflict between Ukraine and Russia - this is generally not acceptable!) and served a Muslim woman who was standing behind me in line. Unfortunately, my husband was not with me to protect me and explain to this guy like a man how wrong he was as an employee and especially as a man. This is disdain for me as a woman, as a mother, as well as for my nationality and religion! Fortunately, this restaurant employs real professionals who helped me cope with this situation, these are the manager and the chef, I left their names in my review to the reception. I tnx a lot to these men, professionals and just good people.Many employees should learn English as an international language if they want to work in a hotel of this level. And they should take into account the events that are happening in the world - not all people want to speak Russian, although they speak it perfectly.There are different people working at the reception, but special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in - he spoke to me in the language that I chose. This should be taken into account, despite appearances. Seeing that I was on crutches, he politely offered me a room, which was located next to the Mediterranean restaurant. Another special thanks to the Russian-speaking woman, I think her name is Karina, she assured us that in Egypt online ticket registration is not necessary - we were very worried that we would not fly away.The man who was cleaning our room is polite, pleasing and responsive. He was very good at his job. It is always cleaned, the bed is made, and new figures are made from the bedspread every time. Thank you a lot - it was a good bonus ! He does not speak English very well but may be it's not very necessary for his job... but it was nice to talk a little bit to him about his work and our rest in a new hotel.We'd like to dance but there was no party or area for it, unfortunately.A beautiful hotel that includes three hotels. A great opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and dinner every day in a new place! A very well-groomed area, a water park, swimming pools pleasantly decorate the holiday!

The staff is the hardest working team I have ever met in 15 years of hospitality. Housekeeping is amazing. The animation was fun and encouraging. The food was good, I would have preferred more variety for breakfast and dinner seemed to be the same in all the restaurants. Front desk staff rude and challenging. Not a pleasant experience for our first impression. Kids club not opened as advertised online this was a huge disappointment for my twins.

We have just spent 11 nights at Aqua Vista as a family of 4. This was our second visit after first visiting back 4 years ago.The hotel is spot on for a family with young kids and adults seeking some sunshine.All the staff are very attentive to detail, from the gardeners to management.The grounds and hotel are immaculate and are constantly being cleaned and the gardens being looked after.Life guards at the pool are super friendly and very happy to play along with kids.Hospitality staff are constantly working super hard in the heat around the poolside offering you drinks.Food in the restaurants is a buffet style with a range of food each day. All presented perfectly.We had a family room which was cleaned each day to a high standard. Cleanliness clearly runs throughout the hotel.The room could do with a lick a paint in the bathroom but ultimately unless you were looking you wouldn't notice.The hotel is linked to the aqua park which is perfect for the kids and older kids who like the bigger water slides. Again you feel safe with the life guards who are constantly on watch.Gym facilities are super clean and the equipment is of good standard if you so desire to have a workout on holiday.Kids club and the entertainment team really work hard all day in the heat to provide good entertainment for kids. Couldn't fault them.Overall fabulous holiday and very much likely to return to get some winter sunshine.Highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work!

Imagine a hotel with a stunning lobby, luxurious rooms, and top-notch service. It's comfort and elegance, with a spa and dining that dazzle the senses! 🌟Aqua park is so fun and food is good. If you have kids you can leave them without worrying in the kids club

I stayed here with my family for a week and I swear it will be one of the most memorable weeks in my whole life. We became really close with the animators which organised many fun activities throughout the day. We had much fun! Everything is well taken care of, the cleaning staff leaves fun designed bedding after each clean. The good is utmost best quality I've seen, the choice range is wide for each and every diet. I loved it here!
