The hotel is large and very friendly. There are plenty of attractions, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. A big plus is that you don't have to reserve sunbeds. There's a spot for everyone. The food is very good. We recommend the hotel for families with children. However, all alcoholic beverages after midnight are subject to a fee.

The water park is fantastic. Lifeguards are present at all water attractions to ensure safety.
The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well-cleaned daily.
The food was delicious and fresh.
The bartenders were very friendly.

The service was fantastic. The water parks are designed for smaller children, and the food is very good. The only downside is the hotel's location, far from the sea, but there are free shuttle buses.

First of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff for their responsiveness, attention and responsible approach to work. The first thing that made me happy was that on the first day we didn’t really like the room we were checked into and the guys at the reception desk, without any problems, were happy to replace us with a room where we spent our holiday comfortably. And also thank you very much for the opportunity to stay longer on the day of departure without any additional payments, up to four hours instead of 12 am. The children were delighted with the water park, had a wonderful time, were amazed by the variety and large selection of slides for every taste and age. The food is varied, all members of our family found it tasty and enjoyable to eat, despite the fact that we have a small child, she also had quite a lot of choice in food, fruits, vegetables, meat, sweets in abundance. The cleanliness of the hotel is also excellent, both in the area and in the room, cleaning is done regularly and efficiently. We had a great evening at the Neverland show with a Moroccan dinner, delicious and beautiful. The beach from the hotel is clean, there is a place to eat, we sometimes stayed there even during lunch. The sea is beautiful, the underwater world is even more beautiful! It is very important, especially in winter, that the bay of the hotel and the sea is located in a windless place and we fully enjoyed the sea. It is also very important and a big plus that the hotel has warm pools; the whole family enjoyed swimming. Definitely, we had a wonderful holiday and recommend this hotel, and we will return again

We didn’t pay much attention to choosing a hotel; we flew in because we gave the children a surprise and flew to them. The Albatross hotel chain is already like family to us, so we weren’t afraid that we might not like something! The only thing that is very unfortunate is that the winter in Egypt was cold and we didn’t really swim in the sea, but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is wonderful, the service is at the highest level, a wonderful Aqua Park, with a wide variety of slides, it is a children's paradise, the second hotel also has an Aqua Park and we had free entry there, there are many slides for teenagers, our grandchildren swam I was widowed, but on the way back it was cool. When choosing a hotel, keep in mind that the water in the Aqua Park is not heated. Our room was on the second floor, 7206, clean, cozy and tidy, the cleaner was polite and attentive. The food will be fine, no frills but there is always a choice, the children didn’t really like it, but these are children and it’s harder to please them. For them, the best food is chips... In general, they liked everything, the fries are fire 🔥 The sea is far away, it was windy, but they breathed the sea air and relaxed. Very polite and attentive staff who treat older tourists with respect and are ready to help with everything. At the reception desk you can always resolve all issues and they immediately fulfill all requests and speak Russian very well. We are experienced tourists who fly four times a year and can confidently recommend the hotel. Thank you for your attention

It is really perfect for those who want a holiday with an aqua park. Taking advantage of all the facilities and aquas of the Picalbatros Aqua Blue hotel, which is affiliated with the same group, right across from the hotel we are staying in, literally doubles the size of the hotel.

Although it is far from the sea, you can go to Picalbatros Beach Hotel, which is affiliated with the same group, with shuttles that depart every half hour. The sea is very clean, but there are hotels with much better seas in Sharm. Of course, I still recommend you to watch the video I shot. You can reach these beauties at a depth of 120 cm.

Honestly, everyone's treatment was very excellent. I was in a room on the second floor and there was a water sprinkler in it. I asked them to change it to the first floor because I was tired of the stairs, and they changed it for me, but it did not have a water sprinkler in it.
Water games are amazing, frankly speaking, they are diverse and beneficial for both old and young in general. Their psychology is beautiful. May God make them all happy.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
The kids had an excellent time at the water parks. There were so many activities to participate in.
Buses were also available to and from the beach.
In regards to the food, I would only recommend a wider variety in the fruit section, other than that everything was clean and the chefs serving always had a smile on their face.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone and will be visiting again for sure

Hotel bestens für Kinder geeignet viele Rutschen und Pools die absolut auf Kinder ausgelegt sind.
Weiterhin gibt es an den Unterkünften jede Menge Pools um Ruhe zu finden - mit Glück , da viele Gäste ihr eigenes Unterhaltungsprogramm mittels JBL Boxen starten und alle mit lauter Musik beschallen.
Im forderem Poolbereich wird Wert darauf gelegt , die komplette Area in diskostyle zu unterhalten. Die Animation im Hotel ist unterirdisch. Am Strand dafür richtig gut 👍- Diesen erreicht man mittels Shuttlebus. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Und bestens für kleine Schorchelerlebnisse geeignet.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön geräumig und verfügen über ein sehr großes Bad. Die Jungs von der Reinigungstruppe machen einen Super Job :) ( gebt reichlich Tipp - die haben es mehr als verdient )
Schwierig , dass die Türsysteme elektronisch sind und die Karten ständig entwertet werden - dann ab zur Reception und man bekommt sofort eine neue Karte .
Im Hotel gibt es eine grosse Show jeden Abend mit Essen ( Anmelden in der Lobby) lohnt sich :)
Das Animations Abendprogramm ist zu vernachlässigen.
Die Bar als Aufenthaltsort am Abend sehr schön - nur schade alles verraucht ( Rauchen ist gestattet) die Getränke werden mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet und auch jedes Mal anders - so hat man immer eine Überraschung was man bekommt 😃
Zum Restaurant - Personal alle sehr freundlich und bemüht - in den Hauptzeiten kommen die Getränkekellner nur schwer hinterher ( gut dass es aber mehrere Personen gibt die angestellt sind , den Jungs Druck zu machen und selbst nichts tun 😃) Abwechslung ist im Restaurant nicht zu erwarten - jedoch bereiten die Köche alles gut zu :) Empfehlung : die Angebote im Nachbarhotel sind zwei Klassen besser ( einfach mal nebenan Speisen ) am Abend nach auf den alten Markt fahren oder in andere belebte Stadtteile - macht richtig Freude Taxi im Hotel oder davor (günstiger )
zum Abschluss dieses Hotel ist für Familien sicher einen Besuch wert :)

I normally don't post reviews unless I feel to do so. The hotel has the worst customer service experience you can imagine. They just want to charge you extra money for anything. I reserved one room and they asked for more money as the age for the Child is older than 5!!!
The manager ask for $50 per night.
I advice to go to a better stars hotel as this one has bad management and the only thing they care is to change extra $$$$$. Also the area is not the best and no access to the beach.

Fantastic experience at the Pickalbatross Aqua Park!

This is a great hotel, brilliant for children. My son (aged 4) had more water slides to explore than he could go on in a day. Older children may feel bored at the water park though, it's definitely aimed at the younger audience.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. We loved a drink at the lobby bar after a busy day exploring the grounds.

The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculate. I've never seen so many swimming pools in one hotel- getting a bed was never an issue.

Would certainly recommend to families with small children.

The best holiday I've ever had! I've travelled to many places and thus has topped them all! The food the rooms the slide everything is perfect! The animation team are the best and so helpful! They keep things so fun and always have activities to take part in!! Can't wait to return!

Our holiday was incredible. Special thanks to all hotel staff(at the reception, in the bars and restaurants, as well in our room). Very beautiful hotel and stay, everything on the highest level. Very delicious food in Soprano restaurant. Water attractions, extreme slides was great. Very interesting and nice excursions (on the yacht), Red See is very beautiful. We will recommend to all family and all our friends. We wish you a lot of happy guests and always shining days :))).

Had an amazing stay here, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt very looked after. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to please, the resort was well maintained and so big that it didn't feel crowded, more than enough choice for food during meal times and the rooms were clean and large. Shady who manages the restaurants made every meal time special and all staff working for him made us feel so welcome, they couldn't do enough to make our meals memorable, this included the chefs, waiting staff and Shady himself. The outside bar staff were superb and remembered our preferences and would bring us our drinks to pool side. Such a wonderful holiday and will absolutely return.
