Overall the hotel is ok, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars by our standards. In my opinion, 4 would be ok. The swimming pools need renovation. The cuisine is too monotonous, it could be better to diversify it by introducing, for example, regional days. Hotel clean. Service at the highest level. Waiters very friendly and nice. More evening entertainment would be useful, e.g. a concert, evening swimming, a disco in the lobby bar.

This hotel is amazing I love it my children love it and my husband love it the beach is beautiful the pools are amazing we enjoyed the food the aqua park was amazing the entertainment team was amazing we had a grate time here we hope to come back next time

Great, clean, pleasant service, nice, friendly, helpful, area, very interesting, everything to do in every corner, so-so animations. The hotel is worth recommending. :)

The village is really nice and well maintained,excellent food and very nice staff.The room is spacious with a beautiful view on the lagoon .Pools are big and beautiful as the water park that included slides for adults and kids.Even if there was lot of people the village is very quiet.Beaches are very big and as the rest of the village are very clean.It’s very difficult to find a defect in this amazing village,the only thing that i can suggest to improve is the schedule of animation,i would include the places where the shows are,the place is very big and the first days we were a bit confused about where the shows would be.Anyway out stay has been fantastic and this is one of the best village I have ever visited.

our impressions are very good. The service in restaurants is really high class. Very clean. The rooms were cleaned very well. The only thing we could complain about is that a few bartenders very aggressively wanted more for a tip than we offered for each visit, even though we didn't require anything special. Thank you very much for your stay and we will definitely recommend and even come back to you

- The food selection should be of higher quality.- The recycling system is very questionable and should be reconsidered for quality. For example, outdated and sometimes smelly strawberries are cooked, or old bananas are mixed with chocolate and turned into dessert.- The music is good, but the party area is totally misplaced. Instead of being far from the rooms, it is very central, and you are subjected to loud music from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, whether you like it or not. This is really difficult with babies and toddlers!- Positively, the hotel, although located in a Muslim country, is tolerant. For example the Jewish Star of David is prominently featured in the rooms.- The pool and lagoon are unheated, and the temperature difference between the water and the outdoor area is way too high.- The lagoon is in urgent need of renovation.- The reception is always trying to help, but they often don't think things through. For example, during a room change, our luggage was taken back to the lobby instead of the new room. We had to help transport the luggage ourselves. Normally this is no problem, but not in a 5-star hotel!- At check-out, the staff member said that the luggage would be picked up from the room. After a while, and only upon inquiry, it turned out that no one had informed the concierge.

From live music to mesmerizing dance routines, the entertainment surpassed all expectations and added an extra layer of magic to the experience.Overall, I cannot recommend this resort enough. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or simply a taste of luxury, this destination delivers on every front. It's truly a place where dreams come true.

I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly. Upon arrival, we were very positively surprised by the service, which was very helpful but not intrusive. The food at the hotel is very good. The only thing that I think could be improved is the music at the pool, which was either missing or too quiet. There were animations in the hotel and the quality of games and aqua animations could be improved a bit here. We will definitely come back here.
