We had a wonderful week at the hotel. The area was very clean and everything looked really nice. The food was great and we had a large variety to pick from. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful whenever you where searching for help. The slides and all the attractions are fun and made the stay really special.
Few things that bothered me: Loud music at a lot of places, sometimes too much (or at least more chill music and not fast electro music) - places without music were around the cold pools. So this was not really an option. Would have been cool to have a few more pools to swim - they dont need to be as warm as the pools for the kids. But a little bit warmer would be nice.
Very few persons from the staff were a little bit too aggresive - even after telling them that we had no interest in booking something from their offer, they insisted and stayed with us trying to convincing us. That was only two times, but I think it was not necessary from the staff.
Everything else was fantastic and we really enjoyed the stay.

Ich bin jetzt das 4. mal hier gewesen, das 1. mal 2009 und ich finde es immernoch super schön und würde immer wieder kommen 😊
Das Animationsprogramm am Abend könnte etwa besser und Abwechslungsreicher sein. Auch die mini Disco ist ganz schön unter gegangen finde ich. Allem im allem ist es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen, ruhiges komfortables modern eingerichtetes Zimmer haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet.
Das Personal ist zu jederzeit und überall freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen

We zijn voor de tweede keer naar dit hotel gekomen, nadat we bij ons eerste verblijf zeer tevreden waren. De eerste keer was alles perfect: we kregen een mooie kamer (5002) met uitzicht op het zwembad, dicht bij de restaurants, en de service was uitstekend. Dit gaf ons genoeg reden om terug te komen. Helaas verliep ons tweede verblijf compleet anders.

We kwamen door een vertraagde vlucht pas om 03:00 ’s nachts aan. De kamer (4093) die we kregen was een grote teleurstelling: geen airco, vieze bedden, een smerig toilet en ongedierte. Dit was absoluut niet acceptabel, vooral niet voor mijn kinderen. Toen ik naar de receptie ging, werd mij verteld dat deze kamer tijdelijk was en we de volgende dag een betere kamer zouden krijgen, zoals we oorspronkelijk hadden geboekt.

De volgende dag werd ons echter verteld dat we €260 extra moesten betalen omdat alle kamers met uitzicht op het zwembad zogenaamd vol waren. Na veel discussie en tegen mijn zin in, heb ik het bedrag betaald. Plotseling bleek er toen toch een kamer (6030) met uitzicht op het zwembad beschikbaar te zijn.

De medewerkers van de receptie waren niet behulpzaam en lieten ons duidelijk in de steek. Het contrast met de rest van het personeel kon niet groter zijn: zij waren, net als tijdens ons eerste verblijf, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en sommigen herkenden ons zelfs van de vorige keer.

Daarnaast viel het eten dit keer tegen. Het menu was elke dag vrijwel hetzelfde, wat na een paar dagen erg eentonig werd. Dit was jammer, aangezien variatie in het eten een belangrijk onderdeel is van een vakantie-ervaring.

Al met al zijn we erg teleurgesteld in hoe ons tweede verblijf is verlopen. Hoewel het hotel mooie faciliteiten heeft en het overige personeel geweldig is, heeft de slechte service van de receptie ons verblijf flink verpest.

Voor ons is het uitgesloten dat we hier nog een keer zullen boeken. Ondanks de goede herinneringen aan ons eerste verblijf, heeft deze ervaring ervoor gezorgd dat we nooit meer zullen terugkeren. We hopen dat het management deze feedback ter harte neemt, zodat anderen een betere ervaring kunnen hebben.

Check In bis wir ins Zimmer durften dauerte fast 2 Stunden. Und uns wurde auch nicht gesagt warum. Erst nach einigen malen nachfragen wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist. Hätte man uns gleich sagen können.
Alles andere war der absolute Traum.

Les chambres sont vieillottes et pas à la hauteur du standing. Malgres le personnel du ménage qui fait son maximum. Le bungalow est sombre et ancien Dommage. Nous avons du collé les deux lit simple qui n’étaient pas à la même hauteur pour créer un lit double. Nous avons demander un lit double. Les argents nous ont dit que c’était comme ça dans tout l’hôtel mais non car des amis ont eu un vraie lit double dans une chambre plus moderne. N’hésitez pas à insister. La nourriture est plus que correct car bcp de propositions de restau. Le personnel est au petit soin et l’Aqua Park pr les enfants est top. Petit bémol pour nous sur la grandeur de l’établissement. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de proposition de goûter hors Reception car une fois à l’Aqua Park il n’y a que des pizza ou barbe à papa pour faire goûter les enfants sinon nous devons retraverser tt l’hôtel pr accorder à la réception. Quelques améliorations possible mais avec des ados ce serait sûrement plus simple car autonome. Merci au personnel de chambre et de restauration qui sont adorable et aux petits soins !

I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The common areas as well as our room were spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

One of the highlights of out stay was the incredible variety of food available at the hotel. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was something for everyone. The buffet spread featured a delightful selection of international cuisines, and I especially enjoyed the themed nights that showcased different culinary traditions. Each meal was a treat, and the quality of the food was outstanding.

I also want to give a special shout-out to AbdelNabi from room service. His attentiveness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. He was always prompt with deliveries and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. His friendly demeanor added a personal touch that truly made me feel at home.

Overall, I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with excellent dining options and top-notch service. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, rooms by the pool. The service was very nice and at a high level. Clean, very tasty food. Lots of attractions for all ages.

Super Hotel für Familien mit großen und kleinen Kindern. Hier entsteht keine Langeweile auch Erwachsene können bei der Animation Spaß haben, es gab Zumba, Wassergymnastik, Volleyball und vieles mehr.
Es gibt tolle, ruhige Poolanlagen und wir haben mit 5 Personen, immer einen Platz gefunden.
Das Highlight sind die Kinderpools und die Rutschenanlagen.
Das Essen war typisches Buffetessen, es war OK, satt würde jeder aber herausragend war es nicht.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Unser Highlight war der Besuch der Neverland Show, diese kann man einmal, kostenlos besuchen.
Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand aber ab 8.00 Uhr fährt ein kostenloser Shuttlebus den Strand an, Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, food was very good, amazing swimming pools - absolutely massive, loads of space with some deeper, some shallower … you will find a pool to suit no matter what age or swimming ability. The water parks are absolutely awesome, again catering for all ages, some thrilling ones for older ages and some more suited for younger children. I’ve been here before and I will come back again! Love this place and more importantly so do the kids 😀

We have traveled with a family in May 2024 and we have a really amazing experience. The hotel grounds are very spacious and beautiful. There so many facilities on the ground for each age group. The aquapark and the slides are absolutely stunning, the whole family had splendid time! The staff is friendly and helpful. The roomed are clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to visit!

Amazing hotel, can’t fault one thing. The hotel has thought of everything from all ages. The lifeguards have been amazing with our kids, the housekeeping has been spot on. Such a great hotel. Will definitely be returning. Guest relations are helpful too.

I cannot recommend this resort enough. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and grounds are very well looked after and cleaned everyday. There is plenty on site to keep you occupied from water slides to playstaion games, there is something for everyone. The food is lovely with plenty of choice, no one will go hungry.

One of the best holidays we’ve had. All of my family has enjoyed their time. Cannot fault the staff. They all do an amazing job and make you feel so welcome. Mohammed from housekeeping went above and beyond for us, our room was spotless. Rebecca from guest relation was helpful and helps all the English guests.
