An incredible and gigantic hotel.The Aqua Park is fabulous.It feels like we’re in an incredible amusement park.Lots of atmosphere and show in the evening.The staff at the top take great care of their customers.Very very clean hotel.Magnificent room and impeccable bedding.We will come back very soon

This was our first time staying in Neverland 2 weeks wasn’t enough it’s that’s big! Absolutely amazing place non stop fun and entertainment for kids! We went with a 6 year old and 1 year old and was something for everyone! So many restaurants and wide variety of food even fussy eaters will find something! All kids pool are amazing and heated even some adults pools are heard in the colder months. Honestly can’t described it! It’s like a paradise for kids!Every single one of the staff are amazing, friendly and always ready to help the girls in guest relation so helpful and friendly ever any problem they sort it straight away!! 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone!!

It was amazing vacation.We came here for the first time and for sure we will come again.Our kids so happy with aqua park.Animation team is amazing we had alot of fun with them.Food is delicious and good verity.We definitely come back!

We visited this resort and I really do not recommend it to anyone. At the reception, unprofessional, unpleasant (if you don't give them money in your passport, they will put you in the worst room and a completely different location than you paid for and they will try to make a fool of you). If you don't like it, I promise to move you the next day, but again the next day there are excuses etc... The food is appalling, after three days we went to the city. Alcoholic drinks are not drinkable....everything is very smelly... Neverland show.....OMG does anyone charge for this? Elsewhere, even the night show was at a higher level. Another thing that struck me is that they allow the employee to walk among the guests when I'm sunbathing, disturbing the guests, even waking someone up by touching them... (if you change them for € and $). Closing part of the water park without notice. They were not afraid to be rude to the employees in front of the guests... Be careful at the goldsmith's shop in the area. He sells tinned goods (he passes the metals off as gold), luckily my uncle is a goldsmith and he advised me how to find out the authenticity. We travel all over the world, but this was really our worst vacation we have ever experienced. The only thing that is good about this hotel is: cleaning, bartenders who do their job without immediately reaching out for a tip, lifeguards at the pools willing and always nice and smiling. This stay was at least remembered by the trips, which were really wonderful and unforgettable (however, the resort had no credit for that). Summary: This resort does not live up to 3 stars.

Holidays were great. Some workers in the hotel need to be trained more, as they lack of a dealing with stressful situations. Food is fine. Hotel needs more workers around the hotel. Room was beautiful. If we had a problem we could contact guest relation and they solve it very fast and make sure your holidays are memorable. Thanks girls! If you are from Poland like me and have difficulty with language, don't worry there is a polish lady Natalia working there. In general we had a lovely stay

Our family vacation at Neverland was all about bonding and having fun together. The kids loved the endless activities and the mega-size aqua park, which kept them entertained all day. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and the fresh fruit in our room was promptly replaced. The meals were delicious, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. This hotel is a real kids' paradise and offers everything a family needs for a perfect holiday. We highly recommend it!
