We booked the hotel at the beginning of summer, the choice of hotels was limited due to some circumstances. After confirming the reservation, I decided to read the reviews in more detail (I had also read them before, but it’s physically difficult to read 1500 on Google alone)… and ruined half the summer for myself while waiting for my vacation. People wrote in such a way that I got the impression that the hotel did not feed, did not entertain, and almost beat up the guests. I’ve been to Turkey 6 times already in pretty good hotels, and this time we met at the hotel with parents from another country and it was important for me that they liked it at least a little. In general, the reviews made me nervous.Now to the point. We were received very well. They accommodated our request to accommodate us next to our parents. In general, there are very nice Russian-speaking girls working at the reception desk, who helped with absolutely everything we asked about.What scared me the most was the nutrition description. But either I’ve vacationed somewhere in the wrong place before, or the reviews are too subjective: for my taste, the food was more than satisfactory. Every day there is a different fish, sometimes 2-3 varieties, on a fish day “elite” - tuna, salmon, shrimp and other seafood. There was also a lot of meat, not just one turkey, as they wrote here. Every day there was lamb, beef, chicken and various dishes made from it, cutlets, meatballs, etc. The guy who stood on the edge of the grill always had something interesting: for example, beef tongue, or a whole roasted turkey. There were 5-6 types of baklava, different each time, not to mention the other desserts. Juices, yes, are powdered, but in the hotel where we stayed last year and which this year costs 2 times more, the juices were absolutely the same. The tea was okay, the coffee, as usual, was from a machine, but they made real coffee in the lobby. Vegetables and fruits are in abundance and variety. In general, we didn’t complain about the variety and taste of the food, didn’t complain and were satisfied with the cuisine as a whole.The snack bar is magnificent, both the location itself, the menu, and the work of the waiters.Ice cream on the beach 12:00-16:00, very tasty, we enjoyed it.The alcohol was ordinary Turkish, the bartenders were quite friendly, some had good cocktails, some not so much, but we didn’t find any outright “slops.” The beer is delicious, the wine is also okay, except that if you don’t drink 3-4 glasses, it will really give you a headache, but rather not from the quality, but from the quantity ;)Regarding entertainment: three times a week there are invited artists, as I understand it, the program is for two weeks, because we were there for 10 days and the group on the first Tuesday was different from the group on the second. The rest of the days - yes, not very interesting shows like "Mr. Hotel", but we relaxed in a very friendly company and played board games on such days :)The rooms were cleaned rather superficially, but every day there was no sand lying around, the linen was changed and the towels were changed too.The sea is rocky, but the beach is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds.To summarize, I give 4 stars, because there really is something to work on and not all moments were ideal, the hotel is really tired, the territory and infrastructure may need renovation. From the reviews I learned that it is closing for reconstruction - perhaps all this will be taken into account in the future. But if this is really the case, then for a “closing” hotel they kept their brand pretty well, I was not left disappointed. It is also worth taking into account the price of the hotel in the assessment: it was significantly cheaper than others in which we had vacationed earlier, this year in Turkey in general there are very strange prices. But the difference in service, conditions and food is not so huge. If I had read a review like this earlier, it would have saved me a lot of nerves.

A wonderful hotel for a holiday with small children, there is freedom for them here! And a children's playground, and a mini club, and children's animation. Everything is in the style of a pirate adventure. But adults don’t have to get bored either; they also have their own program. The food is excellent, take any dish - everything is very tasty. True, milk porridge is not their strong point. The staff is very attentive and responsive and will try to fulfill any of your wishes. They speak English, German and Russian. The area is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are quite large, maybe not up to 5 stars, but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Village with shops 3 min. by car/bus or 10 min. on footWe had a great time, we all really enjoyed it.

We were in this hotel for the first time, I hope it is the last time.If someone needs the Internet during their vacation, then this hotel is not suitable for you, because the Internet is very weak, there is almost none on the beach, it often crashes.Very poor choice of food.The service staff (waiters) walk around without a mood, it is not clear why they are not in the mood.Usually, when hotel guests sit down to eat, it is customary for the waiters to come up and ask what they will be drinking. This hotel doesn't have that.You need to go to the bar yourself and get drinks.By the way, there is only one bar in the entire hotel, next to the restaurant.There is no bar on the beach, as it should really be.Therefore, you need to leave the beach, go to the bar and grab drinks. This is about 100 meters you need to walk, which creates great inconvenience.Very inconvenient umbrellas that you have to open yourself every morning. In addition, you have to move the sunbeds every time so as not to burn under the sun. It would be more convenient to stretch dark tarpaulins over the entire beach in three or four rows, which do not allow the rays of the sun to pass through, so as not to move the sunbeds into the shade each time.There are a huge number of cats on the hotel premises, jumping on tables and chairs.

We booked this hotel at the last minute, since it was practically the only one that suited our dates, after which we read negative reviews on Google and prepared for the worst😅 but in the end we really liked everything, I don’t even understand why everyone was so unhappy, the staff was very polite, from the reception to the bartenders, etc., everyone was very friendly, the food was also quite good, and especially the desserts - they are simply divine here and in huge quantities, it’s even difficult to try everything. The rooms were cleaned every day, the renovation was fresh. In general, we did not see a single significant disadvantage. Maybe this is not rixos in terms of level, well, their pricing policy is completely different🤷🏻‍♀️ the hotel is worth the money👍🏻

Tried to make a reservation for friends group with travel agency, agency placed a booking reservation to this hotel 👋 Booking got rejected due to the fact that 2 men in same room are not allowed, you can make conclusions yourself. Not recommended even without visiting. Terrible attitude. If I could I’d give 0.

the worst hotel I've ever been to. reception staff very negative and unprofessional first manager and others. very arrogant. I had my worst experience with this hotel. my father got food poisoning. he passed into an infection, they took him by ambulance because he could not get rid of the pain he had. I paid £1000 to the hospital and they didn't say sorry once as a hotel, but they behaved even worse. they did not compensate us for even a small amount. The recommendation for this hotel is 0

Very nice rooms, each with a terrace. Housekeeping service was good. The whole place was very cosy and quiet, although it was full of families with small children. Entertainment time in the evening has two main parts: mini-disco for children and more serious shows for the older audience and some shows were actually very interesting. Food was very very tasty (as expected for Turkey) and so were the fruits and vegetables. Desserts were just great, we were always ending up having one more than planned. The sea was very clean, probably thanks to the rocky bottom. Not a single jellyfish seen, but this could be due to the time of our visit (beginning of October). The waves weren't too big, but you can always opt for one of three pools. Overall, we have really enjoyed our 10-day stay.

Fabulous hotel! Always kept very clean by all these hard-working staff members! Food is absolutely delicious throughout the day, it cannot fault! Recommended for all but especially for families as there are lots & lots of organised events and shows for the little ones.

The rooms are ok. A bit small. Location is good. Great views, lot of greenery. Service is acceptable. All the staff members are disgruntled to a degree and you can tell. Our check in was 2 hours late and they checked us out at 12 PM with no option to have a late checkout. We had 2 spend the whole day wandering the hotel. No place for kids to rest. They did not even care just straight up lied the whole week that we would be able to prolong the checkout on the last day and on the last day just simply rejected us.
