We checked out of the hotel yesterday. We went to the hotel as a honeymoon couple and were very pleased with everything. We were especially pleased with the dinner we had at Alia Beach Club. Since we were a honeymoon couple, they even decorated our table with roses. The hotel's entertainment, service, cleanliness, food, everything was great. We especially want to thank Gusto and his team, everything was delicious and the service was very nice.

We've been here 15 times already, Ruby card holders. The food has become terrible! Just a disaster. There is a lot of things, but there is nothing to eat. Everything is disgusting and not tasty!!! Even where it was previously possible to eat normally, now it is simply not possible. We lived in a villa and in a normal room in the building. Everywhere there was a smell of moisture and blossoms. Doesn't justify itself anymore. You're not having any fun

We are leaving the hotel now, it is a 4 by 4 hotel with everything. The taste and quality of the food is very good. They know no boundaries in service. Our requests are fulfilled instantly. The farm, kids club and evening animations for children are very attentive. Everyone should see the stage where adult night shows are held. Ala carte restaurants require free reservations and should definitely be tried. Chief waiter Mr. Volkan does his job very well. Thanks to Ms. Meral, who is responsible for keeping our rooms sparkling clean, she does her job very well. The only minus I can say is that there is no 24/7 restaurant in the main building or nearby, unlike other hotels. Maybe an improvement can be made in that respect. Thanks.

I was very much looking forward to visiting this hotel but left disappointed.On the plus side, kids loved the kids club, kids shows and water slides.For me however food / restaurants are all important and in my opinion just weren’t good enough.Biggest complaint is restaurant booking system. Only way to get an a la carte restaurant is to stand in line at 7.30am every morning. Absolute madness. Even then there’s no guarantee you’ll get a spot. What’s even more crazy is that the restaurants are all empty. They seem to be deliberately restricting numbers to keep costs down and force people to the buffet.The buffet is a total zoo. Some people acting like they’re attending the last super. Quality of food, especially meat and fish is really poor. Again feels like a lot of cost cutting going on.We met a lot of guests who have visited multiple times previously. Consensus was that the place has really deteriorated in recent years and many said they wouldn’t visit again.So overall a let down and not worth the money. I’ll look elsewhere for my next trip. Pity.

I definitely do not recommend it for a family vacation. 👎🏼We went on holiday with the whole family of 7 people and our grandparents who have 70 year’s old. Could you imagine that to book dinner at one of the a'la carte restaurants, each room has to stand in a huge queue at 8:00 in the morning. Grandparents in their 70s have to wait in a long line for over an hour just to find out that there are no seats available. They don't have innovative systems or a booking app or even a 24-hour booking desk. You can only do it at 8am. Ridiculous.It’s so funny because during the 10 days of our staying at the hotel, it was not possible to book an a'la carte reservation even once 😂 Reception and incompetent staff cannot solve basic problems related to late check-out. You can’t do it for yourself. Annoying. You have to contact with travel agent and ask for late check out because you’re not authorized to manage the reservation even though the reservation was made under my name and ID. The hotel is not at the 5* level. Drinks and drinks in plastic dishes. The service and behavior were unthinkable. We are disappointed. At this price, it is better to choose the Cullinan hotel, I highly recommend it, which I cannot say about this Regnum hotel 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 We have a great experience in Belek or Kemer and I have to admit it was one of the worst hotel in belek when it comes to staff. Really low level and competition.

Very disappointed when you spend so much money to come here on the basis that the hotel has a number of dining options - only to be told every day all the A’la carte restaurants are fully booked. Every time we have walked past the restaurants, they are always empty, but the staff never let us in - Why! What is the point of advertising that you have 8 dining options, only to be told you can’t dine at any. Service is poor from the main reception desk and in particular the lady at the restaurant bookings. She needs to be sacked immediately - Really poor attitude!

Great all inclusive resort, with beautiful surroundings, great golf course, three heated pools, and good restaurants. All resort smells absolutely divine, there are fresh flowers everywhere. The view is stunning with mountains in background.All inclusive buffet was very good, huge variety of foods and drinks - from very healthy options to huge assortment of cakes and Turkish sweets and ice creams.Staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Very good experience at check in early morning where we were taken care of in the best way.We could check in at 3pm, but arrived 6am, but hotel has lounge area, where you can take shower and rest.Over all great experience and we definitely recommend this resort.Only thing what spoiled my impression was SPA experience. Hammam - Turkish bath was very bad (I have had Turkish bath before and this definitely was not a good experience), lady was talking more than actually paying attention to procedure, then proceeded to tell me how bad my skin is and that I have to buy very expensive items from their shop. The same happened every time I had massage - each time therapist was pushing me to buy some products. Highlight was when therapist told me - your muscles are weak, you need serum for 300 eur to make them strong again. 🤦🏻‍♀️ What I expected to be nice and relaxing experience, turned out to be uncomfortable and felt like I am being scammed.

Great all inclusive resort with tennis courts, golf courses, big heated outdoor pools and spa. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The fitness gym seems to be recently renovated and looks very nice. On the cons side: some of the areas haven't been renovated and look outdated. I also expected more from their restaurants, you will not leave hungry, but there were not too many things that were really good.
