Went to Peoples Restaurant for a birthday celebration, and were served by Yousry. Food and service was amazing, highly recommend! Thank you 😊

We came to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary and truly enjoyed every moment.Food, service, and accommodation were top notch. Everyone from the beach service (lifeguards, beach bar servers) to buffet servers, cooks (pasta station was amazing) went the extra mile to meet your expectations.The only thing that didn't impress us was the entertainment. Shafers, the husband-and-wife duo were amazing - we could not get enough of them. However, the Russian band that sang English songs, was quite a disappointment - since we could not understand anything they sang even though we knew the word of the songs. The other thing that we didn't really like - the daytime animation team was not engaging with anyone. I wanted to play volleyball so many times, but the animation team just walked by every time avoiding eye contact. The only thing they did was walk up and down the beach instead of engaging with the folks. I suggest that entertainment be revamped - maybe take entertainers from other resorts as an example, where they engage the audience and build relationship throughout the stay. Other resorts we were at were much better. Servers on the other hand, especially on the beach and buffet were amazing.

My family and I visited Egypt and heard a lot of pretty decent things about this hotel. However our experience was not good. There were so many kids you would think you would see a school bus. The kids would grab food with their bare hands, drop them on the floor, pick it up and put it back. The buffet food was mediocre but the restaurants you book beforehand had delicious food.My parents wanted to extend their stay for 2 more days and the hotel manager INSISTED that there was absolutely no possibility. The hotel was, apparently in his words, completely booked. So I did a quick google search and found PLENTY of space available online. My parents felt as though they were being discriminated against.We came back late one night and needed a golf cart to take us to the room. It was a pretty windy night and we waited outside for about 20 minutes before deciding to go in and see what the hold up was. The staff was inside an office room eating and watching television. When they saw us then they got up and took us to our room.I am disappointed in the service we had at this hotel and would rather go to Primer hotel nearby instead. They were much kinder and had amazing service and staff members.

I traveled 68 countries and stayed in so many hotels and resorts,but let me tell you that this resort is one of the best resort by far!Service was exceptional, spacious rooms, great food options, and the spa very luxurious ( especially Nana who did my deep tissue massage)The sandy cleared water beach is wired and protected against sharks, so no worries.Rixos brought the western and mixed it with middle eastern atmosphere.Highly recommend this resort.

Very good hotel. The hotel area is beautiful, the rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. For Egypt the service is very good and the quality is also better than we have had in other Egyptian 5star hotels.Mahmoud and the staff in the Asian restaurant were really nice. The best (by far) restaurant and service we received in the Brazilian restaurant, where the chef and the team provided a great experience.

The kids club at Rixos Magawish is truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made our children feel right at home. The variety of activities offered catered to all ages and interests, ensuring that every child had a fantastic time. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and filled with engaging toys and games. Safety was clearly a top priority, with attentive staff members supervising all activities. Our children had so much fun that they didn't want to leave! We highly recommend the Rixos Magawish kids club to any family looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.
