Our stay at this hotel was simply fantastic.The service was first class and incredibly fast.The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant.Particularly noteworthy are the many delicious cocktails on offer - a real treat!The all-inclusive restaurants were simply awesome.There was a huge selection of food, even for people on a diet.The beach was beautifully landscaped with palm trees, a manicured path, a bar, an entertainment stage and even a foam party.There were so many great activities and amenities that there was never a dull moment.I can highly recommend this hotel

This is the service that I pay most attention to in the hotels I visit. Because every hotel has a pool, restaurant and entertainment, but the quality of service makes the hotel stand out. My friend at the agency sends me to hotels accordingly. We were in Rubi this year. A wonderful hotel, the staff, the quality of the products, the service was top notch, the friendliness and entertainment were all great. However, I saw two negative things. The water of the pool is extremely hot, like thermal water. Another one made us a little sad, because we have a 9-year-old son, and when he is excited and tired, he can have trouble sleeping at night. From the first day, I told the relevant friends about the situation and asked them to put a mattress protector. As I predicted, my son slipped into his pants. On the 4th day, they left a warning letter on the door from customer relations. In order for us to use it more regularly, otherwise they will charge a washing fee, etc. So I called the reception and customer relations. I told them that I was also uncomfortable with the situation, that I even asked for a mattress protector as soon as I arrived, and asked what other solution they expected from me. They said they would show me pictures. I said there was no need for pictures, I already told the relevant friends and asked for a mattress protector etc. Finally, they apologized to us, but we were bored. So we experienced that despair. As far as I know, the sheets are washed every day. I don't understand why they attempted such an unnecessary thing. And we will be leaving the hotel the next day anyway. I think this is due to the fact that the room cleaning staff affects the hotel customer relations department and the customer relations department is unprofessional. But despite everything, the hotel is great, the employees are perfect, as if they were chosen. I didn't deduct points because of some glitches. I definitely recommend it. Thank you Rubi and your friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, really great.you pay extra, but it's worth it.The employees are great, willing.......Children have water slides - here I would only extend the opening hours - it was only from 10:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 17:00The beach is great, fine gravel, completely fine, suitable for children, the entrance to the sea is great, even for children....Evening program, disco, etc...Shopping is about 5 minutes. from the hotel, you have to negotiate :DThe hotel also rents strollers, there is also a large children's corner - indoor and outdoor...I recommend a really beautiful hotel...

We have vacationed in many hotels,but we have never seen such a beatiful hotel built solely for the comfort of the guest. We wanted to have a holiday with friends and we chose Rubi Platinum,our hotel is very beatiful and quiet. The first thing I want to say is that the staff is very attentive.Room cleaning is done every day. The food is diverse and delicious. They make very nice cocktails at the beach bar. The most important thing for us is the beach and the large sun loungers are enough for everyone.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Rubi Platinum. I also tried something different and got a 3 day massage, went to the Hair Salon across from the buffet, the guy named Nusret cut my hair, we both communicated well and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend his salon.

The room was really good (we had dublex) it did stink a lot in the bathroom, what bothered me reallyyyy much was that there were no massages for children. Food could be better. I hear cars when i sleep. But overall pretty good

Posting as a guest at the moment. My room balcony is towards the main street and it is freaking terrible, sound isolation is not found here, I hear every car, truck and moped pass by during the night. I live in a city near main street (keeping in mind that previous holiday experience in other resort close to Rubi was fabulous) and I thought it will be just fine, but I can't get appropriate rest at night. This problem was addressed to Guest Relations - no actions taken.

I was a guest at this hotel for about 9 days and I can't say anything bad about this hotel.(We booked all-inclusive)They had very nice staff and a beautiful beach area.You can also rent a small "house" at the beach area (which me and my mom did) and it was worth it. I highly recommend it.The food was also very nice they had a broad variety of meat and vegetarian options. And the desserts were my all-time favourite (especially the strawberry ones🤤)One thing i would improve though, are the rooms alongside the street, since it can be a bit louder at night because of the cars, but it wasn't unbearable (it wasn't that extreme, but it was very different since I am from Germany).
