I would not visit again. Reception was nice and helpful. I am a female and was waiting for my male friend to arrive later to the hotel. While waiting I walked past the pool which was green in colour (doesn't look at all like the pictures) and looked over at the beach in the distance. Almost immediately a young man was beckoning me to come over and I signaled no and walked back into the hotel lobby. I could sense he was following me and he then caught up to me and tried to convince me to come with him but I eventually shook him off. I then went to the elevator to go back to my room and a much older man followed me in, tried to converse with me in Arabic and then tried to follow me into my room! No double lock on doors. Please work on hotel security. I was extremely scared. In terms of cleanliness, the room is pretty dirty overall. Stains on linen, dirt on floor, tub had dark stains, no water flow in sink, hair in tub drain, I killed a few cockroaches in the bathroom. Mattress and pillow are uncomfortable. Lots of noise from the street. AC didn't work in my room so had to leave the backdoor open which I felt uncomfortable doing given what happened earlier to me. Hotel buffet food gave me a food poisoning for 5 days and tablecloths were very dirty. No wifi. I would only stay here max 1 day if I had to. Unfortunately I booked 2 nights.

IF I COULD I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR !!!The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to!! stay away for your own good!!! the room is dirty with dirt and with hair and mold in several different places and the toilet which should have been "cleaned" smells far away of chlorine and still with dirt in several places. The floor in the room is full of hair and crumbs and not even the sheets are clean so you feel dirty when you lay in bed 🤢 not even soap available in the toilet or other essentials that you usually get in hotels. The staff does not have any kind of service or just any kind of kindness shouting and discussing in the middle of the morning in the hallway and opening the door to the room even if you beg not to be interrupted !!! Noise and shouting from the street until late in the morning so you don't get any sleep! the area is in the middle of the center but the location is right next to several nightclubs which predicts a lot of noise and fights. They claim that they have internet which does not work at all and when we went to the reception the guy there said the internet only works in the lobby but not even in the lobby does the internet work 😒 there's a tv in the room which doesn' t even work or has any signal not even a remote in sight then why bother having a tv at all? STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN BEST !! this hotel should not be running and should be shut down immediately ‼️‼️🤢I have included pictures which speaks for themselves!!

I don't know where to start. This is not a hotel it is a slum. Do not belive the pics they must be about 20 years old. Start with the pool.its dirty,smelly with rubbish and cigarette ends floating in it. Green dirty old water everywhere round it. The roof top pool hadn't seen any form of cleaning or upkeep for decades. The sunbeds are unusable if you can get one. All the tiles are cracked or broken so you can't even walk on them.Rooms. Dirty and smelly with stained mattress. Feet prints all the way up the walls . Doors don't lock half the rooms have had doors kicked in. Bare wires sticking out walls sockets have no covers toilet seat missing no water.Restaurant. This ain't a restaurant it's a soup kitchen . That's all am saying about that or I'll be sick thinking about it.Reception. Smells of urine when you walk in. Staff are rude and laugh when you complain. You will not get any sleep as the music from restaurant next door shakes the building till 4 in morning. I could go on and on but I am making myself depressed writing this.Please do not go. It is a health hazard.We had to leave after a couple of hours as we were getting ill with the place

We are almost in 2025 and the hotel looks like from the eightiesLong wait time for no reasonBooking was paid in advance and i had to stay at the front desk to wait for them to check out my reservationGuy was stupidly using the computer and he looks like he doesn’t know what to do or what he is looking forThis will be the first and last time to book at this poor managed hotelThey are just a money making machineThey get your money and treat you like a f..k faceAnyways after 3 freaking hours he called his supervisor to check the mailbox and c where is the confirmation of reservation that was sent by the agencyAnd finally he told him where to look it outAnyways when i made the booking i selected 2 adults and two kids under 5 plus a beach front view room and breakfast includedWhich i have confirmation for all selections then they have me pay an extra 100 saying the kids you have to pay for and if you want the breakfast there will be extra chargesI told him to call his boss and ask what’s going on meanwhile waiting there at the front desk i have seen multiple sketchy attempts of different tasks like exchanging money and booking issues so they want you to go through their preferences of travel agencies or to pay at the hotelI asked the same guy how much would it be to pay at the front and he said around 300 so i told him on my case why it was so high then he pretended that he was calling his boss again and asked for a discount he was thinking he can bluffed me with holding his phone in his ears and talking to the skies to make it as a real dealThis is one reasonSecondly im gonna upload some reel photos of the actual hotel conditions that are at no means to the one they advertiseYou guys can’t up-charge pre booked reservations unless they asked for extraAnd you have to display the pricesIt’s not an auction or duty free shop

Good for the money. I paid 15GBP a night equivalent to 60DT a night. Service is awful! Water stopped running for a whole day which is due to external factors that the hotel cannot physically control which I fully understand, I went downstairs to ask if I could get a bottle of water so I can wash myself and was refused! I didn’t make a scene out of no water I just wanted to at least get a bottle of water so I can wash luckily there was a English family who was all included and provided me with a bottle of water. I then got my partner to come down (Tunisian) and help me get the water as by night it wasn’t working aswell and they refused and I was told “it costs me too much money” by the man at reception when it wouldn’t cost him a penny, they then told my partner okay wait let me get someone to fill bottles with pool water for you… excuse me WHAT! The cleaner Amel is so so lovely and she always helps so much! She’s so kind and goes above and beyond for our room. We have since had lots of bites so we told them instantly we think it’s the bed as we saw an insect on the bed jumping, they said yes we will change it and no change was made. I then went down to the manager of the hotel (woman) and told her as I found a dead bug on my bed sheet by morning and she changed it instantly thankfully! We’re also facing tree house which is a night club and it’s so so loud the door doesn’t make much of a difference but I have managed to teach myself to sleep through the noise. If you’re on a budget and have no choice I guess it’s good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend if you could pay a bit more please do. There aren’t a lot of tourists in this hotel but I dont particularly mind, however the language barrier can come across as people being rude but they truly aren’t
