every thing good except the beach , they have no beach almost some beds in dust and they call it beach but theres no beach at all only swimming pool , but the staff are very very friendly and food quality very high , you will enjoy

The hotel is on the first line. The area is covered with greenery, the area is average, but cozy. There is a swimming pool for adults only. There is a jacuzzi with hot water, open until 10 pm. The bar in the pool works continuously, properly and tasty. The restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious. There is no animation for adults. There is a club but it is dull, or we came at the wrong time. The main animator speaks inarticulately, either in English or in Russian. The girls are Russian animators, but they mostly work with children. There is a beach, piers, a good reef. Room service is excellent, clean, beautiful. Great stay at this hotel.

I had a generally positive experience at the hotel, which was only marred by the checkout process. I rate the hotel 4 stars out of 5. The reason for not giving a full five stars is due to the checkout experience with Mr. Abdulmaseh. It felt unnecessarily difficult; he even called housekeeping to check the room after my departure, giving the impression of mistrust. While I understand that if this is the hotel procedures " which is wired one" so it must be followed, the manner in which it was done seemed excessive. I had to approach him three times every time he just held me like I stole something, once while carrying my child, to complete a process that should have been swift, especially since all payments were settled. This level of unprofessionalism was a first for me. Luckily, the furth time, I went to the front desk to check out Mr mohamed was there so he finished everything very fast and professional.On a brighter note, the hotel itself is delightful, boasting excellent culinary offerings thanks to their choice of chefs, particularly Mr. Gomma. Special thanks to Romany, the lifeguard, for his friendly and honest demeanor, and to Mr. Mohamed at reception. Raouf and his night shift colleague, as well as Mr. Amr, in reception, made notable contributions to the pleasant stay. In the restaurant, Ishak and Hesham stood out for their service. The staff, in general, were very friendly, and the quality of service was evident in every corner of the hotel. These positive aspects assure that I will definitely be returning.

Simply exquisite hotel that rivals some of the best five star hotels around the world. The hotel building itself is truly stunning and the surrounding gardens and areas are just so beautifully maintained - not to mention the magnificent view over the Red Sea! We were very happy with the hotel and the staff. The natural environment, greenery, open air jacuzzi, activities, night time shows were very pleasing. There is a coral reef right in front of the hotel and that just makes the diving even better.

From the moment we arrived at Stella di Mare, we knew we were in for a special treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were always happy to help with anything we needed, and they never expected a tip. In fact, we didn't even tip them until the end of our stay, and they still provided us with the same excellent service.The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. We especially loved the pool area, which has plenty of sun loungers and parasols.The food at Stella di Mare was also excellent.But what really made our stay at Stella di Mare special was the staff. They are truly some of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met. They made us feel like family, and we are so grateful for their hospitality.We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the staff will make sure that you have an unforgettable experience.Room 531 ❤️🙏☀️

Just back from an amazing trip. I can't recommend this place enough.We'd read a lot of reviews before we left but weren't sure sure if they were genuine as it seemed too good to be true. I'm glad to say that they were all correct!The place is made but the staff. It is probably the friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever had at a hotel.The a la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive and are very good quality. The food in general was great and so we're the drinks.The hotel isn't brand new but the amazing staff keep it looking extremely clear and tidy. Especially the gardens which are beautiful.We walked into town once night which I wouldn't recommend. It's much better to just stay in the hotel and enjoy the food and entertainment!

Perfect stay, from the communication beforehand, to the stay itself and everything in between.The food was incredible- particularly the non-buffet restaraunts, room was very clean and spacious, the location is awesome with great snorkelling available from the beach, the pools are great bar, and all the various bars and drink options. However the real jewel in the crown is the staff- they could not have done more to make our stay better- truly exceptional service.
