Dark gloomy rooms, corridorsThe restaurant is also dark, is it really difficult to buy and install more powerful light bulbs?!As a result, eating feels like torture.In a restaurant, cats run around the tables and are constantly trying to jump onto the table; you either have to eat or drive them away.The waiters in the restaurant are great, they try, but nothing depends on them.The cooks cook very tasty food, I especially liked the omeletteThe girls who clean the room are friendly and smiling, thank you.We were sitting in the lobby drinking tea, and a cockroach crawled onto the table and into the cups (see photo). The evening was ruined just before dinner.A very uncomfortable hotel and, most importantly, a restaurant, at least they could create a warm atmosphere there. From the outside the hotel seems beautiful, but inside it’s shocking!Internet is paid in the rooms, very strange. Hotels of this class have long been free. Free in the lobby onlyThere is no door in the shower, resulting in water pouring straight onto the floor towards the sink!In winter there is no hot water in the shower, only warm. I have to suffer and freezeThe rooms are large, but dark, you want to escape from there.The gym is only open for 2 hours, from 12 to 14.00. This is generally a mockery of vacationers; a person is tied to this time. This was extremely inconvenient for usIn the evening there is no coffee in the restaurant, only tea.The hotel is empty in the evening, there are no tourists, only we and the staff were in the restaurantThe hotel is clean for an overnight stay. We were counting the days to leave. It’s better to pay extra but not stay in such a hotel. Just one house away is the excellent ALAYA hotel, we were there too, and it was simply excellent. And hot water and food and service, everything is five. And the difference in price is very small.Management should reconsider their policies. There are no complaints about the staffVery disappointed with the TAC Hotel!

I stayed for 2 nights for business purposes, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance, unfortunately there is no attraction left to stay in these conditions :(

Unfortunately, Alanya is a little far from Gazipaşa airport. Maybe 1 hour with Havaş. In a central location. The staff at the hotel are caring. The rooms are clean. However, even though we insisted on cleaning the room (sheets, etc.), they did not do it for a week. The view from the room we stayed in was great compared to some other places. The food can be considered mediocre. It was generally done in a style specific to foreigners.

Overall, my stay was average, the advantage is the location close to the sea and the center. The downside is the food is very average, sometimes there was nothing to choose from, and if there was anything, it was always the same. There wasn't much going on in the hotel either, it was rather a quiet, average animation. The service was ok.

Great Stay with Perfect LocatuonI recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—just a 2-minute walk from the beach and very close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area.The food was varied and freshly prepared, offering plenty of choices. The service was impressive, with the staff being both friendly and hardworking. The pool area was quite spacious for a city hotel, which was a nice surprise.The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant place to relax. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but I believe different people have different expectations. For me, this hotel met all the standards of a good 4-star stay.

Dirty hotel, bad food, all visitors are poisoned!

They are serving ROTTEN fish at dinner and employee just said "yes we know". Room is ok, but hotel itself its not. They are stingy. They even turn off second elevator during the day so you wait 5+min every time to get down or up. Very loud. Even at breakfast they play loud disco music, during evening drunk karaoke. Hotel area full of salesmen who keep following you.

I really thought I was booking a 4 star hotel, but this is barely 3 stars.The room was not super clean and had terrible bedding. Military style and not comfortable.The food was just ok and the restaurant staff were nice.The pool area was disgusting. A complete free for all. Everyone did what ever they wanted with no respect for others. No security, no lifeguard. People let their children in soiled diapers in the adult “big pool” and nobody said anything. It was so gross 🤢. This place has no standards. Smoking allowed almost everywhere.They have a great location, but that’s about it.It’s an all inclusive that didn’t have Wifi included in the rooms unless you paid extra. Aren’t we in 2023? So weird.

Alanya - Tac Premier Hotel & SpaMy first review in Turkey.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a great receptionist who immediately gave us food and drink tapes and hid our luggage. We arrived at 12.Wi-Fi is only at the reception, for an extra charge in the room. I don't use , I use Airalo.As for the rooms, instead of a room with a terrace, we got a room with a balcony, which surprised me because such a room is more expensive.We didn't mind at all.The hotel was always clean during the 11 days of our stay, the staff was nice, for 1 euro the waiters took care of you like babies.The hotel has 2 lobby bars, one upstairs on the 1st floor and the other by the pool. It even has its own market, tattoo parlor, snack bar where they make pizzas, burgers, etc.As for the food, I can't complain about the selection. An awful lot of food, except for fruit, so the selection was a bit poorer.There is a children's disco every day, so even for children there is some enjoyment there, but not as big as elsewhere. The hotel is a file aimed at older people and not children.Every other day, the hotel usually organizes more interesting dinners in the form of grill, fish, kebab.We personally did not use the spa because it was not needed for the money. However, they have a large pool downstairs in the spa which is completely icy. Which is great. They also have their own gym for free.At the reception there is always a 24/7 security guard who does not let anyone outside the complex.I will definitely recommend this hotel, because everything is going well in the hotel and if there is a problem, the staff will solve it immediately.The lounger is absolutely great. A person comes from the sea in the afternoon and immediately there are free sunbeds.The hotel cooperates with beach number 12, which is approximately 150 meters from the hotel. Quite a bit indeed. I suspect 4.70 euros per day for 2 sunbeds and a parasol.There is a pharmacy right next to the hotel.Despite the minor flaws that are everywhere, we enjoyed our first stay in Turkey in this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. We will be back next year 🙂 enjoy your vacation 🙂

Hello headliners! I will briefly tell you about my experience with this hotel which claims to be 4 stars but the reality is 2 stars. I will also attach pictures and a small video for confirmation. Since I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they do not have our rooms available, that there are technical problems, etc. LIES. During my stay there I found out that this is how this mess works. They rewarded me with the FREE safe, a fruit platter and a bottle of wine, which were supposed to be sent to our room every day, but they only arrived one day. The next day they moved us to a room where cockroaches were also staying (the video I've done, can't be attach). I can't even imagine what was in the kitchen/food preparation area. And only the 3rd move that I made after complaining directly to the manager, whom I called to the room to show him the "treasure", I received a decent room. In the hallways of the hotel, the windows were open, so there was no air conditioning. You were sweating non-stop. The carpets where they were old, tattered and dirty. SHAME ON THE ENTIRE STAFF, starting with the manager (I didn't remember his name, but he knows who he is) less a few waiters at the tables, who poor people really tried to be kind, as well as the lady from the SPA area, but slightly disturbed that we went every day to change the beach towels with clean ones, for the 2nd day. We cannot say the same about the girl at the reception, a person who has no business in that location as a worker with the public. A sad girl an each moment, offended that customers end up in that location. He didn't know how to smile, offer you a welcome, etc. A totally unsuccessful vacation, I'm sorry I ended up there, but of course I won't be back, neither will the people I know, to whom I've already informed about this unfortunate stay. The pictures on their website have nothing to do with reality.Careful! The beach is 200m away (no. 12), but which is paid, even with a ticket taken through the agency, it doesn't matter, they don't care. There is a bar on the beach that offers drinks, food, etc. for a fee. Those at the hotel offer all-inclusive, ice cream, cakes and drinks (not fruit) only at the pool inside the hotel.Be careful what choices you make for your vacations. This location is not an adequate one, I say it from my own experience and even as recently as August 2023.

Hotel is located in a busy street so shopping/ party life in my opinion is great. The rooms were clean, no problem with anything. The maid was very nice. The receptionists some of them were nice some not. Some of them did not speak English. Also you have to pay for wifi. If not you need to stay at reception and be on wifi only there. The WiFi was in my opinion expensive as it is a must for tourists. There was a wide variety of food. If you want to go to beach, you need to cross the street. So it was not that great hotel, but if this things doesn’t matter for you, it is a good hotel.
