Hea tagasisidega 4-tärni hotell, mis asub Patong kuurortpiirkonna alguses. Hotellis on katusel asuv puhkeala panoraamvaatega basseini ja baariga, kus saab nautida vaateid, jooke ja suupisteid. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, saun ja fuajeebaar. Restoran pakub kohalikke ja rahvusvahelisi roogasid. Maaliliste vaadetega koht sobib mugavaks puhkuseks ranna lähedal ja kuurordi atmosfääri nautimiseks. Charm Resort Phuket asub Patong Beach piirkonnas. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta Wi-Fi-ühendus. The hotel is very close to Patong Beach, and the breakfast is good. All activities are easily accessible.

Staying at the resort was an absolute delight. The service and staff were exceptional, and I’d choose to stay here again on every trip to Thailand. I’ll be happily recommending it to my family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It is a mislead information, pictures, and reviews. The hotel rooms do not look the same as the advertised. Everything is not functional. Breakfast was terrible for 4 Stars Hotel. It is not worth paying 165 USD per night, which you could pay for a 5-star hotel.
We should stay here because of the private pool, but the private pool is on the street , and people walk past by could see it. The hotel is quite old and needs to be renovated. The executive suite room has 2 stories. The bed and bathroom are on the first floor, and the sofa and jacuzzi are on the second floor. The stairs are broken and shaking. Jacuzzi and shower have no water pressure. Take at least 3 hours to fill in the water.

We enjoyed our stay at the Charm Resort. The room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. We had a pool access room which was definitely worth the extra. Breakfast is good with a wide variety, but the dinner was very good. Particularly the yellow curry and the tom yum. The best of all though is the location, absolutely perfect!

I just spent 10 nights at the charm and had a great time there.

Room was clean and cleaned everyday.

Service was exceptional.

Food was great

Cocktails are great.

Rooftop pool and bar is great.

Only issue is it's a 10 min walk to the shops and bars, which didn't bother me but could be an issue with people that don't like to walk.

Beach is under 5 min walk.

I highly recommend this hotel and I will be coming again

Location is good close to the beach and near plenty of shops
The overall service is ok until you have an issue there seems to be little empathy and understanding.
The room was a good size 2 bedrooms both with onsuites and hot tub.
Comes with fridge microwave and kettle which is good for families. Paid extra to have a room with hot tub I would say it's not worth the extra cost as the hot tube did let out dirt from the jets. This shows lack of maintenance. We notice a few ant flies coming up from the sink and found some in our room on the bed. If the hotel could fix the issue then It would be value for money. The hotel does need work on maintenance otherwise the room was clean.
The shower water dos go hot and cold there was nor a consistent temperature. The showers doors, taps and tiles did have signs of limescale again attention to detail is needed for cleaning. Breakfast choice was good but not worth it for vegetarians.
I think for what you pay you could get better. Food at reastaurant is not the best had pad thai was sweet and not nice at all. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza better choices nearby.
We didn't really use the hotel pool glad we didn't as other guest had mentioned to me about how there child had got an ear infection due to the pool water. They had a drs report confirming this. This is very concerning again this comes down to a maintenance issue

From the moment we arrived, there was a persistent sewage smell that lingered everywhere – along the street, in the lobby, the lift, and the hallways – and it continued throughout our entire stay. The resort feels very outdated, and it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority. The lobby, rooms, pool area, and even the pool water itself were poorly maintained. Hygiene standards were poor across all areas, and unfortunately, I became sick on the very first day – most likely due to contaminated ice from a cocktail I had at the pool. I ended up needing to visit a clinic and spent most of my vacation resting in my room.

The bed and pillows were okey, but unfortunately, the shower was terrible. It took a long time for the hot water to start, and when it finally did, it became unbearably hot almost instantly. Trying to adjust it to a colder temperature didn’t help either, as there was no comfortable middle ground – it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. You basically have a 10-second window to shower before needing to wait for another round of water adjustment.

We had booked an executive suite that included a jacuzzi, but when we wanted to use it, it was not working. They sent technicians to fix it, but once we turned it on, it was a complete disappointment. The water was full of dirt and floating rubbish, which made it unusable and added to the overall nightmare of the hotel’s poor hygiene standards. We couldn’t use it for more than 30 minutes due to how dirty it was.

The breakfast was a basic, offering little variety or quality, with the worst coffee and tea I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Overall, I do not recommend this resort. The facilities are old, dirty, and smelly, and sadly, the only memories I’m taking away from this stay are negative ones.
