We were very pleased with the hotel, everything was very good, it was a perfect price performance hotel, the staff and the team were very good, the sea is very clean, the hotel is very hygienic, thank you very much to everyone who works, especially Mr. Baran in the restaurant section, I would like to thank him for his smiling face and interest.

I had a 1-week holiday with my family in this facility in August 2024. A perfect price performance hotel. The general cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel is very good. Both large and children's aqua parks are very good. The variety and quality of the food is at a high level. The kindness and service approach of the staff deserves applause. A true family resort. The only thing that can be attributed to the facility as a fault is that the beach is pebble. I believe that they will find a solution to that issue in time. A facility where I can holiday again.

I am writing from the last day of the holiday. The hotel is generally nice, the positive aspects are that the employees did not make a mistake in the service, they are working day and night. In terms of cleanliness, the room was thoroughly cleaned. The food was really good, we liked the Gusto restaurant very much. The sea is beautiful and clean. There was no problem with sunbeds on the beach. The drinks were great. We drank a lot of cocktails 😊 But the only negative thing is that there was a very strange, strong musty, or should I say, damp smell in the main restaurant. It bothered me a lot, and the live music was nice on the first night. The entertainment was a bit lacking for me, thank you for everything, it's a mid-level hotel.

We are on the 1st day of our holiday. We entered the hotel with the warm welcome of Ms. Yasemin, an ETS Tour representative, and everything was perfect. As you can see in the photos, the attention of Ozan Bey and Melis Hanım at the Reception and the preparation of the room, Terrace Bar Ali Bey, Sezai Bey, Mehmet Bey and his friends, Gusto 24/7 Bilal Bey and his friends, Havuz-Terrace Bar ToprakBey, Atakan Bey and his friends, Everyone, including our restaurant chefs Abdullah and Adnan Bey, their friends, Aquapark Chief Veli Bey and Samet, Tunahan and other teammates, makes an effort for you and tries to make you happy. The rooms are very spacious and clean, everyone can find anything they want in the bar areas, tea and coffee, everything you want is served to your table at once, the restaurant is really very nice, everything we want is served to your table with its rich varieties in the Gusto 24/7 section, dinner for children and adults. The entertainment is very good, the beach section is clean and beautiful, towels and other services are sufficient everywhere, everything in the aquapark section is for the safety of children, the team is amazing, and thank you to all the other employees whose names I cannot name and I will mention in the next comment. Most of the team comes from the Voyage team and a great harmony has been achieved with the existing organization. ETS Tur provided a good service as The Norm Oriental after Maxx Royal and Voyage.

We stayed with 2 children for 3 nights at the end of August. We made the reservation at the beginning of August. Clearly a price performance hotel. Of course, after all these positive comments, I don't know how it will be next year. It will probably be more expensive.Relevance: It is obvious that a serious perception has been created among the staff by the management. They're trying to be relevant. However, for example, if you finish your drink with your meal, there is no asking again. You may be hesitant to call them because you see them running around all the time, but when you do, you feel reluctance. Solution: tip (: that's why I recommend you to have cash with you. If everyone gives 3-5, they can be happier after all that effort, they deserve it.Negative feedback: once we sat on sun loungers by the sea in the evening after dark. The friends who cleaned up the place disturbed us by using loud voices and sometimes slang words, even though there were guests nearby.Food and beverage: one click above average. For example, don't expect pistachio baklava except for Turkish night, but the desserts are not tasteless either. There was plenty of red meat (tandoori lamb) and there was also a small amount of it. Flavors are above average.A negative feedback. Unfortunately, as in many hotels, soft drinks are made carelessly in bars. However, if it is alcohol-free, the cost of the hotel is much lower, but there is a sloppiness. For example, give and send a non-alcoholic mojito, 2 mint spritz in 3 seconds. Let me crush some mint, add brown sugar, etc. Or passion or cinderella, non-alcoholic cocktails ordered from the online menu at the bar. Very sloppy, different taste every time. Cinderella was completely sour and undrinkable once.Environment: the sea is wonderful. The classic Kemer sea is stony, wavy at times, but very clean and warm. It has a useful pier and a platform for swimming on the beach. The platform and the stairs on the pier need some maintenance. The aquapark is quite sufficient and enjoyable for adults and children. However, there is a 12-year age limit on the 2 slides in the big water that you can go down by boat. I don't know if it is mandatory, but it is better if it is not or if it is 9 or so. There is also definitely a shortage of boots. Since you can't find it most of the time, you can't ski the most exciting ones whenever you want. The animation is quite sufficient.Rooms: surprisingly large and spacious. Clean. Even those with land views have beautiful garden views.Result: we had a pretty fun time. We have plans to go next year too.

When evaluating a hotel, various factors such as the price you pay, the attention and cleanliness of the staff, and the period you stay are effective. I stayed with my two children between 1-6 September. I am writing this review from the hotel. The hotel is a complete price performance hotel. I think it is not possible to stay in such a hotel for these prices. As mentioned in previous comments, it offers accommodation at a third or even a quarter of the price of Maxx Royal.The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and does their best. The food variety is quite sufficient and of high quality. There is a queue for food, but this depends on the density of the hotel. Food is available 24 hours a day. Night shows are impressive. Since I don't drink much alcohol, I can't comment on the bar.Free ice cream is available for children during the day. Even though Aqupark is a little far from the main building, it is very successful. There are enough sunbeds on the beach and the sea is wonderful.I think the first place that needs improvement is the gym. Out of sight, a bit idle, equipment old. It will probably be revised in the new season. By the way, free charging for electric vehicles reduced the total cost of my holiday considerably.I would like to thank both the hotel and ETS Turizm for giving me the opportunity to have a nice holiday with my family. I have vacationed and stayed in hotels in many parts of the world. There are very, very few places that can rival Turkey in terms of service.

We stayed for 3 nights between 30 August and 2 September. This was our second holiday this season, so we didn't look into it much and went with a recommendation. The hotel's rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old for a 5-star hotel. The flusher and shower heads of the room we stayed in were faulty. The water was flowing like a string, they sent a technician and they fixed it. It was claimed that the facility was completely renovated, but this is only felt in the dining hall. We were generally pleased with the meals. However, something is missing in the organization of the hotel. For example, the waiters bring the drinks, but only after you finish your meal 😁 I went out with my car one night, parked it at the place we bought it from, and handed over the key to the valet; The reception calls me at 8 in the morning saying that you left your car but where are the keys? You too? Their approach to the guests is inexperienced (I have stayed in many 5-star hotels due to my job.) The children's aqua is nice, the area is large, the slides are sufficient and long. Don't expect anything extra from adult aqua. The one who buys the boat doesn't give it back, if they get bored, it goes to you. The friends at the pool do not even attempt to put this situation in order. We did not participate in the animation events, so it would not be right for me to comment on this issue. The location of the hotel is central, close to the aquapark, large pool and the sea. Toilets in common areas are very dirty. In short, if you want to eat and drink good food, let the animations be visible for 1-2 hours and not watch them, I don't have the energy to have much fun anyway, if you want to go swimming in the pool calmly, drink 2-3 cups of tea and go to bed at 10 in the evening, you can choose.

We stayed 7 days in early July.It was a good vacation ,we had a great time with my family.Even though there are many disadvantages of the hotel.Meanwhile,we tried not to pay attention to them cause we came for a holiday.One of the biggest advantages is food,you can eat all day nonstop,including drinks and alcohol.Ice-cream is served from 10 till 6 p.m near the pool.Cleaning service is not the best ,most clients noticed that but I had a good experience with a maid Yasmina,she cleaned my room very well.Even though she didn’t speak English but we managed to understand each other.Pillows were awful ,after one night I used to hv a backache ,but I asked the lady to change my pillow and she gave me a wonderful anatomical pillow.It was amazing ,do not hesitate to ask good pillows they hv got a special pillow menu.To sum up,I recommend this hotel for a family vacation even though it is oriented on locals ,they are 80% and 20% - Russians

We stayed at the Norm Oriental hotel as a small group of two girls for a week. We generally enjoyed our stay, although some minor things could be considered (like dirty floor in our room and a pretty old bathroom).We were given an awful room when we first came, but we changed it the next day and were offered multiple compliments as an apology. For example, we got an invitation to the a la carte restaurant from the guest service manager and to a beach pavilion for free.The food is diverse and we liked pretty much everything (except cocktails — alcohol is not good at all here), but we believe the restaurant lacks a variety of seafood (like shrimps and mussels).The beach and swimming pool areas are both nice and clean. The staff is really friendly, Ferit was always checking whether we’d like to participate in some competitions like darts or volleyball! 🙏🏼As for outdoor activities, we’d like to have a wider choice of what to do during the day. For example, Pilates or Zumba classes with nice music would make our stay more sporty and fun. Beach parties would also be a great idea! We didn’t enjoy the aqua gym much, but we’d love to have some activities in the water, too — like sup boarding, for example.Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!
