Totul destul de corect până la înghețată. Ultra All Inclusive unde cumperi înghețată la piscină, asta a fost o surpriză neplăcută tare pentru mine. Este singurul lucru care m-a deranjat, în rest e ok.

Türklere ikinci sınıf muamele yapılıyor animasyon ekibi çok kalitesiz Türkiye maçını bile izleyemiyorsunuz ama almanlar tv den rahatça izleyebiliyor

Tam bir tatil köyü. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız beton duvar istemiyorum doğa ile iç içe olsun istiyorsanız doğru bir tercih. Hayvanlardan rahatsız olanlar direk elesin burayı. Çünkü baştada dediğim gibi doğa ortamında tatil yapıyorsunuz. Havuz tercihinizi relax yada aktiviteli olarak tercih edebiliyorsunuz..ayrıca aquasını (vonresortun diğer otelleri ile ortak kullanım alanı) ayrı bi alana konumlamışlar ve yeterli düzeyde.. Odalar eski tarz ama bakımlı. Temizlik görevlileri güler yüzlü ve sevecen. 095 numaralı odada kaldık. Bizim odamıza bakan arkadaşımıza ayrıca Teşekkür ederiz..Cankurtaranlar çocuklarla ilgili güler yüzlü ..Restaurant çalışanları seviyeli biraz soğuk. Mini clup çalışanları,özellikle esmer çıtıpıtı,boynunda kelebek dövmesi olan(ismine baktım ama unuttum özür dilerim) çok tatlılar ve ilgililerdi ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Barmenler saygılı ve seviyeli çok mutlu olduk. Özellikle barmen Metin B. Arkadaşımıza Teşekkür ederiz. Güler yüzlü ve insan ayrım yapmayan davranışlarından dolayı özellikle Teşekkür ederiz . Biz ailecek memnun kaldık. Bize burayı öneren Eskişehir Çağla turdan Şeyma hanıma da Teşekkür ederiz.Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

senelerdir 5 yıldızlı otellerde konaklarım. bu sene tatil planını geç yaptığımız için yer bulamadık otellerde bu otelde yer olunca 4 yıldızlı olduğu için en azından küçük de olsa tatil yaparız çok bi beklentiyle gitmeyelim kafasıyla gittik.
Şimdiye kadar gittiğim -ki çoğu da hatırı sayılır ücretli 5 yıldızlı oteller- en iyi oteldi diyebilirim. odalar çok temiz ve her gün temizleniyor. hatta temizlikçi abla bi iki kere kapıda odadan çıkmamızı bekledi. o kadar ki temizleme meraklısı :) yemekler çeşit yeterli ve lezzetli. Personel oldukça güleryüzlü. otelin geniş alana yayılmış olması da ayrıca hoşumuza gitti. sadece tek bina içine tıkılıp kalmıyorsunuz. müthiş güzel bahçesi ve alanları var. çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. seneye yine buradayız.

First of all, I would like to thank our travel consultants Mr. Barış and Mr. Mehmet Can. They really took good care of me. The hotel's food, rooms and especially the sea were very nice. The pools were clean and quiet, and all the employees were friendly and attentive. It's exactly the same in this hotel. Our room was 300-400 meters away from the sea, but even by walking, there is a constant shuttle service, it feels very close, even walking is fun and comfortable. What more can I say? It's a great hotel. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. Find Mr. Barış and Mr. Mehmet Can, I won't worry about the rest, just have fun. Fun day and evening activities. We stayed in the family room and it was very comfortable. We made our reservation directly from the hotel through Mr. Barış. I think you should do the same.

Entertainment was really good, especially ZAFF(zafer)!!!!!!!!!!! From now on the best hotel ive ever been. Very beautiful hotel, good food. Best baklava ever. Very good and clean rooms. I will go again next year for sure!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and I have to say, it was the best hotel experience I've ever had! The room was simply amazing, and I loved waking up to a fully stocked minibar every morning. The buffet was open all night, which was so convenient, and the entertainment at the Putina Bar was an absolute highlight. Mehmet, the entertainer, was outstanding and really knew how to keep the multicultural audience engaged. The animation team, including Mehmet, Efay, and Murad, were so friendly and knew exactly how to keep the energy up every night. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone - it's a truly unforgettable experience!

For a hotel that pretends to be a 4 star hotel, is far from it. Rooms have old furniture, old appliances, doors not closing properly. Room cleaning do not respect a proper timing, l woke up at 3 PM with the lady coming to change the towels and bed sheets. The hot water was only running with solar system, in the morning l could not take a shower, even after beach if one took a long shower, the other did not have enough hot water. Internet is not working unless you come to a bar or reception. Food is cantina quality, lousy. Every day exactly the same food, no variety. Although I payed for ultra all inclusive, drinks options were limited, cheap beer and several alcohol options. Anything else you want is extra and it will cost you. They have spa, but they push you for massage or other treatments at huge prices. I tried a sauna, but l gave up after 10 minutes. I could sweat more on the beach. They have restaurants with good food, but again, at huge prices. What is te point of paying all inclusive? I can keep up but you got the idea. Save your money for a better location.

We recently stayed at VonResort Golden Beach in Side, Turkey, and I must say it largely lived up to my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.

The facilities are one of the resort's strong suits. The pools are well-maintained and offer a refreshing break from the heat, while the beach is just a short walk away and equally inviting.

Our room was comfortable and clean, although the decor felt a bit dated. A minor quibble, but something the resort could look into.

The dining options were abundant, with multiple restaurants and cuisines to choose from. While the food was good, the options did become a bit repetitive over the course of our week-long stay. Still, it was great food :)

One highlight of our trip was the range of activities offered by the resort. There was never a dull moment, thanks to the well-organized events and games.

In summary, VonResort Golden Beach offers a solid all-inclusive experience with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. While there's room for improvement (like the qualify of Wifi and the few staff available at bars), our overall experience was enjoyable, and we would consider returning.

We had a beautiful stay here.
Plus: The resort is huge, with gorgeous, lush gardens, tons of flowers and big old trees, impeccably maintained. Beautiful nature. The rooms are grouped in little villas, surrounded by these beautiful gardens and alleys.
We found useful: the beach shuttle, playground, pool and beach bars, aqua park, concerts and activities.
Food was tasty and varied. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
Beds were comfortable and clean.
Minus: The rooms really need a makeover, they don't look like 4-stars. All noise from outside comes in through the wooden door and we were waken up a few times by other guests or cleaning staff walking by (not their fault, the doors are really bad).
Cleaning is done every day, but shampoo and soap are not refilled.
The beach was kind of dirty, with cigarette butts and other trash, which is a problem with small kids. I do have to mention there are garbage bins and ash trays everywhere.
The WI-FI is mostly not working, more annoying than helpful really.
Worst: staff at the reception not speaking English and really disorganized: we asked for late check-out (paid for) since our arrival, and they were not able to confirm, from all their hundreds of rooms, that one would have a late check-in on our last day, so they could accommodate us to put the baby down for a nap at noon. Only after a lot of stress and telling us "come back tomorrow", "come back after 9:30" + one formal complaint, were we able to get the late check-out confirmation.
Too bad that a really nice stay was ruined this way by a ton of stress on our last 2 days.
