After initial difficulties with our rooms, everything was taken care of quickly and reliably, and we would like to thank you very much for that.Kind regards from the Ott family Nov. 2024A very kind and heartfelt thank you to the guest service, I forgot my jacket on the outside when I arrived at the hotel and I only noticed today, after 7 days, that it was missing, the staff did everything they could to find it again, and I got it Got it back freshly cleaned, I was so happy, guests are looked after in an exemplary manner here, thank you again for that ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The view was incredible and the hotel was amazing. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay, indoor and outdoor pools,bars,,gym, great food and location was very good!

We would like to thank Rıfat Karli, the chef responsible for the night working at the hotel, for the services he provided. We will come again in December, thank you also to Mr. Caner for the chef Rıfat, the gala was very nice.

We liked our room. The cleanliness is good. The pool is nice. We also liked the beach. The quality of the drinks should be improved and the food should be improved. The shows are good. The live music is nice. The activities are very nice. The aqua park is nice. It is a suitable hotel for children. Thank you to Sultan Hanım for her interest.

Lake house rooms are lovely, great location close to restaurants, pools, activities. The manager and staff tried their best to sort out the issue we have had initially with the room; we received a Turkey a la carte dinner as compensation, wasn't the case but their initiative says everything. I will warmly recommend this hotel for family holidays!!!! Thank you on behalf of Gardalean family!

I have posted the review but here are the details:Indeed great experience, very clean and they kept the attention for details.Special thanks to chef. Ilmaz on the fruit and buger section he was aways so nice. Party is organized on daily basis with various types of entertainment.To note, in the resort sometimes it can get a bit crowded, since there are a lot of people visiting. Tip is to get deck chair earlier if you have some preferences, and to take the meals either eraler or later.Overall, great experience will visit it again for sure!

This hotel is perfect, we are delighted! There is a luna amusement park and a very big kids club with water slides, oh my, a dream! the staff is very friendly, the girls in the kids club are lovely

We have spent our vacation here in the last 7 days and here are the things I like and don't like :-We booked a lake house on the third flour and the room was very good, the bed was comfortable, the view from the room was great as well. The room was spacious and clean.- you have a lot of options to choose for to eat- not only the main restaurant, but also the restaurant near the lake house, you can also have duner, gozleme, fried potatoes, hamburgers or other fast foods near the main pool-the location of the hotel is ok, around 2 hours from Antaliya Airport and there is bus top 5 minitues walk from the hotel from where you can go to Manavgat or Side.- Pools were clean ( as first impression)-there a different program and activities every day- we had foam party, different concerts, you can go to the slides etc.-Overall the resort look beautiful with many decorations, friendly atmosphere, places for photosThings I don't like :-The staff only knows Russian, it is very difficult to communicate in English even at the reception.- in the main restaurant is very noisy, There are almost no free tables during meals,even if you find, you had to look for cutlery for another 10 minutes and wait in a queue for a drink. Also the tables are dirty and sticky, the hygiene is not on a high level there The food is the almost the same every day and the queues are very long, no dress code, people sit down to eat in swimsuits. I was not impressed by the food in the restaurants, the vegetables weren't fresh which was very disappointing.- It;s difficult to find a free sunbed to the main pool, because a lot of people are 'saving"' by throwing stuff of couple of sunbeds and don't even come for a couple of hours. We also saw a very ugly situation there couple of times- a guy from the staff throwing towels or kids toy to reserve more than 10 sunbeds and then offering them to people to turn up at noun, they gave him tips, this is very unfair and does not suit to 5-start hotel .

After returning from Selectum Family Resort Side last year, our family was delighted! As parents of a little girl, we especially appreciated the multitude of attractions for children. The aquapark with lots of slides and pools provided our daughter with unforgettable fun, and we could relax knowing that she was safe and having a great time.The animations for children were well organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.The food was delicious and varied, and the themed restaurants allowed us to try different cuisines from around the world.The beach was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's proximity to the sea was a big plus for us.This year we plan to return to Selectum Family Resort Side in a larger group, taking our grandparents with us. We are sure that the hotel will meet the expectations of all members of our family. We recommend it wholeheartedly!🤩
