I definitely give it 10 out of 10. Because we couldn't get enough of this holiday. We were afraid of some bad comments, but it wasn't like that at all. We were taken to the room on time. But the entrance is quite busy. The guys at the reception are very helpful and bring your belongings to your room. They are promoting the hotel. The food was truly great. There is so much diversity. The flavors are great. The desserts were especially legendary. Tea, coffee, cocktails, everything is at your fingertips. There is a continuous cycle for 24 hours and it was very nice. We do not drink alcohol, the bartenders prepared very nice cocktails, the taste of which still remains on our palate. Animation team, live music, they were all great. Even my 11-month-old son had a lot of fun at the short club. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are renewed every day. The mini bar is replenished every day. Boxes of drinking water are placed. We were very pleased with the night, thank you for everything.

We checked in to the hotel on August 30th and left the hotel on September 6th. We had previously holidayed in a different hotel of the Crystal Hotels and were satisfied. We left Crystal Aura equally satisfied. Families with children can easily choose it. The pools are quite adequate, the sea is stony but very beautiful. The food is delicious and has plenty of variety. The cakes and desserts are successful. I found the room cleaning a bit poor, but they cleaned it very well in the first two days. The next days they took the garbage and left. I witnessed vocal arguments between housekeeping staff. I don't think it's right for them to argue in front of the chambers. They can solve their problems outside without the customers hearing. Other employees do their best to please the customers. Kids club and animation team are very mediocre and their faces never smile. There was a sense of boredom in all of them. Still, the animation shows were nice and we had fun.

Why are there no kettles in the rooms with coffee and tea bags replenished daily? Why doesn't the music turn off at 22:00? Very noisy, there should be silence at night, not sausages all day.

Everything were good for the price especially Teras Bar 'live performans' was really amusing. I recommend it.The foods were delicious.Workers were nice but I need to say that some of them need to be careful with all guests not just Russians.Dart and airgun shooting activities were disappointment, they said to me basically 'you don't need to play, you can't achieve :/ in short, it would be nice to strengthen the activities and have willing employees.In general, it was a fun hotel.

Had an amazing holiday here!! A lot of great activities managed by the entertainment team. Big thanks to Aidarbek for always making sure that we’re having a good time. Will definitely come back here!

The hotel is 4 stars. Rooms are small but we don't mind. Wet spots on the ceiling are also not important. I TAKE A STAR FOR NO SMOKING AREAS. THEY ARE SMOKING EVERYWHERE. THE STINK OF SMOKE IS EVERYWHERE. Cigarette smoke everywhere at the pool, beach, animations. A good hotel should have non-smoking areas. FOOD delicious here 5*. Great selection of Turkish dishes. The service is nice. There are also spirits imported Dimple whiskey, Smirnoff vodka, Gordon gin, that's nice too. I will come back if the hotel introduces no smoking areas outside. Not everyone likes smelly cigarette smoke. Perfect hotel for smokers. For non-smokers and asthmatics like me I do not recommend. In the evening we only had to sit in the lobby because there is no smoking. Sad.

Stay from 07 to 17 August 2023, Room 2304One adult and two kids from France ; experienced travelersPositive points :- Situation : next to Kemer's center for shopping and animations ; next to the beach with amazing view to the mountains- Restaurant : different foods, clean, very tasty, lots of choices (despite difficulties to find a table during rush hours).- Pools : lots of chairs, hot water, a little bit to depth for kids (1m40), very nice design (curve pools), very well secured (floor and life guards). Tubes (n=3) are not a the same place as the pool.- Bars and Snack : very good fruits and ice cream during a large period of time (11:00 to 18:00) ; during the night foods and drinks are available from 22:00 to 07:00 ! Good quality of Alcools (Whisky, Vodka, Rhum, ...etc)- Sea and beach- Hotel : no big buildings, nice design (especially the main avenue with palm trees), clean (except in the corridor where dirty plates and drinks are waiting for service room)Negative points :- Room quality : the most important negative point ! I strongly advice to reject room #2304 (ground floor). The smell in the room is appalling. The bathroom has no air extraction and the toilet exhaust is the same as the shower exhaust. You can imagine the smell. Daily housekeeping is very limited. Phone was not functioning so I have to go the reception each time I need something.Dead mosquito marks on the ceiling and walls.Problem with the safe that was not functioning.No shower gel when we arrived.- Animations : despite shows every nights, these shows are often musical (live music) that is very good for adults but not very adapted for kids. Hotel should also propose magic and circus shows for example.- Bracelet : low-cost and fragile plastic-coated paper bracelet. For a 5-star hotel, a fabric bracelet with the hotel logo should be more adapted and comfortable- Pool animations : only for adults and Turkish speakers. Staff never propose to kids or English speakers to participate.- Info board : very difficult to find info board with animation program. It is particularly true for night animation. Only a picture with the name of the band appeared. Hotel should write some words to explain which kind of show it is (type of music, or others).- No hotel plan with positions of the restaurants, pool, sea, ....etc. It is not really difficult to find them but for a 5-star hotel a paper plan should be given at the arrival.PS : For sensitive people, remember to take mosquito repellent.PS : Service : 3 stars due to room service. Otherwise : 5 stars for kitchen and bar service
