It was a nice holiday. Food, service, cleanliness, everything was good. I would also like to thank Ms. Funda who works at the lobby bar. I would like to thank again for their devoted work. Also, we should not forget the roof bar Serdar and Cemile. We have really dedicated staff.

The rooms are good. The service is good. Animations are nice. There is live music at night. Staff is friendly and helpful 👌

Good service, especially the hotel manager can negotiate everything. The kitchen is very good. The animation is interesting, the choice of music by the pool is good. We have been there 3 times after a 7-year break. We liked everything.

I came here with my mom and before we arrived at the hotel I just looked at lot of comments and photos about hotel then I decided to come here. We also had fun everyday. If you come here you will enjoy your vacation.Animation team was awesome. especially furkan, Denis and ramazan. Thanks for entertaining us. See you next time! 🙂

I had a perfect holiday from beginning to end, the staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was really good, they put extra sand on the beach and created an incredibly comfortable area for children. You can find something for meals almost 24 hours a day, I especially recommend it to families with children, have a nice holiday to everyone. I recommend it to everyone.

I came here with my family. I really enjoyed crystal flora hotel. Hotel has a good location. You should cone here and see mountain landscape ad also sea. Animation team wonderful. Thanks a lot. I’ll come here again!

The hotel was nice , we went to family vacation for 7 nights . Food was delicious, animation team 10/10 , but the party in this hotel is not the best. Programme could be longer and more active. So we needed to do with my family our own party all the time..Bartenders were also very nice except of the night shift team in the lobby…Again thanks to animation team because they were amazing, really interesting, friendly and funny people.

This is the first time we came to the hotel as a family and I want to express my humble opinion.I'll start with a few minuses: the rooms are quite small, but in general it's not so scary. We had two cockroaches, but we successfully killed them and there were no more problems.😂Of the minuses, I want to mention the food, which is quite unusual in terms of tastes and will not go to everyone. The mashed potatoes turned out to be too sweet, and the rice and buckwheat porridge were too watery. However, otherwise there are no complaints, there is enough food for everyone and it is different.Also, one of the disadvantages is a screaming peacock. There are these beautiful birds on site, but my family complained that they scream at night.Another disadvantage: people smoke everywhere. Both on the beach and in the pool, the smell of cigarettes will be unpleasant for asthmatics and some people.Now let's move on to the pros: there are beautiful views and many pools, there are several beaches, everything tastes and colors. Concerts, events and excursions are also held here. The staff is friendly and courteous, despite the language barrier, the hotel is full of fun. The staff also cleans and leaves carbonated drinks in a small refrigerator. It's a small thing, but it's nice.Despite the large number of people, there are always places on the beach and pool, even in August.The staff is very nice and friendly. I am ready to help with any questions.No arrogant attitude was noticed.In general, I can recommend this hotel for families. It's just that the main thing is to take into account your expectations and be prepared for small problems.The hotel has five stars, we are satisfied.Greetings from Kazan!
