We enjoyed our mother-daughter holiday very much. The hotel is within walking distance of Antalya Kemer centre. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The food is very delicious. 🍽️ Every evening there is a different entertainment show 💃 and concerts for adults and children. 🎙️ 🎸 The sea is already magnificent. 🏊‍♀️ I regularly participated in Yoga practices in the mornings🧘‍♀️ and in the aerobics-step activity in the evenings with great pleasure. Our teacher from Kazakhstan, Kseniia, is a great instructor, she really enjoys her job, I definitely recommend you to join 🤗 See you again 🙋🏻♀️🩵

We vacationed in August 2024.The hotel is excellent.The service is up to par, but there is no limit to perfection!The food is excellent - abundance and variety!!!The SPA area deserves special attention...This is fantastic...the procedures will bring any person back to life!!!And the icing on the cake is the mineral water pool!Space......Clear conclusion:I recommend it to everyone!

The priority given to Russian tourists at the hotel is disturbing in every way.... Especially when we go to a Mexican restaurant at night, they cannot prepare a meal in 1 hour because it is change time.... When Turkish customers come, they do not even say welcome, they frankly do not care.... They are separate from all the customers who come after us. They are interested in each other, in one word, razelet

Food and drinks are much better than the hotels I have ever been to. They have unlimited alcohol. They even brought the best quality food for branded babies. They use very high quality products for food. The animation team is very good. Thank you very much to Mr. Umut and Ms. Beyza. The best animators of Kemer. In this hotel, Kemer means crystal de luxe.

We styed at the hotel in May 2024 for 8 nights. We had 2 rooms, family and a standaard room.Rooms are spacious. Family rooms look to the bar/ pool direction. In the evening it might be a bit noisy.We enjoyed daily variety of food. All stuff is very kind and friendly.Animation team was small but very friendly to the kids.At the hotel there are few facilities for small kids

The quality and the special touches added to the food made our dining experiences delightful.The Wellness & Spa center at the resort is the best I have ever visited. It offers an extensive range of treatments and facilities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. The serene ambiance and skilled staff ensured that our spa experiences were luxurious and restorative.Our room was impressively spacious, easily accommodating our family without feeling cramped. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a good night’s sleep throughout our stay. I stayed there 3 nights and honestly I can say that everything was perfect. Stuff was very friendly, there is too much options for food but most important thing was all food was delicious. Rooms are clean. Hotel has own beach. Highly recommended.

Their massages are expensive from outside and they don't have any drinks except water. They lie “Normally it is 65 euros, it is 45 euros for you” which means 1500 liras. It’s 750-1000 lira outside. When it comes to performance, I've had much better services for half the price. The narrative is marketed very well but the staff at the spa are totally unprofessional. I asked to focus on medical massage and back, it switched to classic massage view. A few times he applied more pressure than he needed and it hurt. It was very heavy handed and I regret it.

To say we had an amazing stay were would be an understatement.We were here greeted at the hotel, and weren’t allowed to take our luggage upstairs outselves, they suggested we would go for lunch, since we had a long trip behind us.Then we were greeted by employes who were súper friendly to our kids, even the kids felt welcomed. This was the main setting throughout our stay here. My son of 2 years old was getting fistbumped by almost every employe, and my daughter of 9 was invited to the kids club every evening.Throughout the days we also had some conversations with the employees and some about personal stuff, however, none of the employees was weird about it, and while we had conversations, the employees never missed a chance to clean something or take a dirty plate with them.The restaurant was always nice, the food was nice, even though i’m a picky eater. The discipline of the people who work here really shines through the niceness of the restaurant and lobby. It is SO clean.Our room was cleaned everyday, and I tell you… that’s really nice when it’s 36 degrees outside.We never had any worry about the cleaning employees stealing or something.The spa is a story in itself. There works a bald guy, I cannot recall his name, but I hope he will still be there when we descide to go there again.He works at a spa, a place where youBasically care for pleople their skin and muscles.. but this guy took it further, when he noticed my wife being pregnant te quickly researched what she could and couldn’t do at the spa. When someone takes this into concern, you know it’sGood.One of the things I always like to do when i’m on holiday, and theres a pool, is go underwater and see how clean it is.I was suprised of how clean the pool actually was.Later I saw guys cleaning the pool every night!This hotel might be 6 stars. The discipline and friendlyness of the employees is absolutely and utterly fantastic.In 2024 we might not be able to go, but hopefully in 2025 we can!We were really bumped we only had 1,5 week, we couldn’t do everythint this hotel has to offer!This hotel also changed my view of turkisch people, they are without a doubt one of the most friendly people on this earth.
