We stayed in August. We came across a very crowded time at the entrance and after having to wait, we were able to enter our room at 14.30. When we entered the room, it smelled incredibly like butts. We asked the staff for air freshener in the corridor and tried to suppress it. The rooms are old, so they have a bathroom and a room that do not really suit an ultra all-inclusive concept hotel. There are many pools, but they are not clean and the water is cloudy. In terms of food, you would expect such an ultimate hotel to have a variety of meat and tenderloin etc., but there is no meat here except meatballs and eggplant kebab. Even at the Turkish night, they did neither a presentation nor a show (the gymnast girl appeared in the show). You may get tired of walking so far from each other. If you are going to the sea by golf cart, I recommend you to definitely buy amazing stone water shoes. The snack bar is enough to fill you up for lunch. Delicious patisserie flavors. But in general, if you are looking for good food and pool cleaning for this money, I would not recommend it. Animation parties were also good.

We want to make a reservation at the hotel, but the price for 5 nights and 6 days is 76 thousand TL when there are 2 adults and 1 child, but when another child is added for the same room, it unreasonably rises to 115 thousand TL. The same situation applies to your website and other tour companies. What kind of algorithm is there? Also, shouldn't two children under the age of 12 be free of charge? We would like to correct this situation and make a reservation. Best regards.

Last year we stayed for 6 nights, everything was perfect. I was surprised to see very bad comments here recently. I made my reservation for 8 nights this year. Those who will go for the first time, do not worry about the bad comments. The hotel has food that will appeal to everyone. Room cleaning is complete. All kinds of drinks are available. Pools are cleaned every day. The sea is actually within walking distance. For those who do not want to walk, buggy vehicles are always at service. Food is available. Various sushi is available every day. Even closed jars of food for children are considered. There are events every night. I wanted to comment again for those who will make a reservation or have made a reservation. I would definitely recommend it.

A great hotel for a family holiday! Crystal Prestige Elite impresses with its beautiful beach, large swimming pools and delicious food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always helpful. Lots of attractions for children and adults. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've never been here before, but I came this year upon recommendation and I liked it very much. The food is good, there are many activity areas. In my opinion, the only flaw is that the rooms are being revised. We are having a nice holiday as a honeymoon couple, thank you everyone :)))))

We liked the hotel! There is a lot of different entertainment, the hotel area is simply gorgeous, the food is very tasty, I would like to mention the cafeteria, be sure to visit! We went with the whole family with our 7-year-old daughter, there is a lot of entertainment for children there too, we constantly splashed in the children's pool with slides and even went to the children's club, it's a paradise for children there

The service in the hotel is perfect) the stuff is very niceWe arrived in the evening, room was ready and we even can have a late dinner in the 24h restaurant .The pools get cleaned every day , the towels are washed and changed also every day.The atmosphere is friendly .

Every recommendation for this place. The staff is so pleasent and welcoming we felt like we were going for a visit to family. The food is always fresh and tasteful. The pools and the beach are top tier. There is a lot to do. Fun and entertaining programs each day.

Hotel is great, we loved it. Staff are extremely polite, kind and helpful. Despite the fact that whole complex is huge, everything is super clean. Food is great - there are so many different meals.We highly recommend to come here as we will come again for sure.

Fantastic vacation at this hotel. We are a family of three, our 7 years old daughter.Extremely delicious and varied food, very clean rooms and pool, very kind and friendly staff.The hotel has a lot of pools, that's why it's never a problem to find a bed, despite the beautiful travelers, the pools didn't seem too crowded because there were a lot of pools.Every night, a very interesting show for both children and adults. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights and did not find any need to leave the hotel. In this case, there are many shops around the hotel and there is a pharmacy right in front of the main door of the hotel. But also there are various shops inside the hotel.
