The hotel is located about 40 minutes from the airport and if you travel via Jet2 and use their transfer it will take longer. It is a beautiful hotel. The decor is lovely, particularly in the patisserie area!

We had a lovely and spacious room behind the Maldives area which was very centrally within the resort.

What's nice about this hotel is that it has everything all in one place. Everything you need and more is within the hotel or the hotel beach. However, even though it was all inclusive, there were things at an additional cost (a la carte dining at their in hotel restaurants, candy floss and popcorn for their shows, funfair located on the grounds, to name some).

We were ripped off terribly by the mini mart located within the main hotel. I was charged £26 for sun cream. When I realised this, we never went back.

The hairdresser was divine. They do plaits with colourful extensions which my daughter had. Price was negotiable and she did a beautiful job with my daughters hair but also all other styles I saw at the hotel.

The bars were hit and miss. The Maldives bar was good with bar staff who were pleasant and made good cocktails. But the bar lady at the pool bar (the one where the disco is hosted at night) was so lazy she told me she couldn't make me a non alcoholic cocktail, when I asked why, she then had a chat with the barman in Turkish laughing and he turned to me explaining it was because she's lazy. She then made me the cocktail I had asked for. Only the Maldives bar had a menu so this is also part of the problem I think.

I highly recommend dining at the a la carte beach restaurant which is mainly seafood but was festive with live bands, dancers and plate breaking. Food was very good. Wine was exorbitant! 60 euros for a bottle of Turkish white wine! But our waiter was excellent. His name is Emerican (hope I spelt that correctly) and he was extremely attentive and made fantastic menu recommendations.

Room was cleaned to a high standard and cleaning person was very friendly and nice.

Water rides were lovely but there weren't enough tubes, with some guests hogging the tubes so others did not have any opportunity.

There was a wide variety of food at the buffet. Some of it was average, some of it excellent. We didn't have a bad meal there but my daughter and I both had upset tummies, which was not very pleasant. The food wasn't always labelled either and staff behind did not speak much English so it is more difficult for those with dietary requirements.

What was nice was the thought that went into provision for those who are disabled (such as chair lifts into the pools, ramps, lifts). All very accessible.

The beach was not at the hotel but there were frequent shuttles. However, when we arrived, it was overcrowded. Too many people, too few deck chairs is a very confined, small section of beach. But the lawn, playground and cafe were all nice. And it is lovely to swim in the Mediterranean sea.

It was slightly irritating with all the people trying to sell you family photo sessions and massages. Every day we had at least 1 customer service person ask us if we were enjoying our stay. But on the one occasion that I needed to speak to the customer service team, the whole team were in a meeting leaving no one at the customer service desk or to answer the phone.

Communications written in English were poor. While I understand we were staying in Turkey, English is often a universal language and I would have thought written communications would be at the very least accurate.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Was it worth the money, probably not if I think about what a 5 star experience should be. I wasn't blown away.

It is the worst hotel in the Belek region. We chose this hotel for New Year's Eve. When we made the reservation, it sold the rooms as suites. We arrived at the room. There is a hard bed for 1.5 people and a small toilet area. They said that everything for food and alcohol is included, including free a la carte and import ones, which was a lie, so I placed an order with the waiter. You place your order and a different one arrives, it's complete nonsense, we came only for the artists and even if the world brings your star next year, I will never come again, it's that bad.

The service at the concert is bad, the waiter does not come to the table. What a shame, so much organization, so much effort. But the service is very bad.

Everything about the hotel is beautiful except its location, but it makes up for it with its own beach. If you come, you can ask Nurhan sister at the Terrace bar for a drink, she is very helpful. But the sound insulation of the rooms is very low, we are almost face to face.

The largest luxury and beautiful Hotel in Memory for both families with and without children.
We were very pleased and have been going every year for 6 years.
They attach great importance to cleanliness, hygiene and service.

Even though the date we visited was busy, the pool and other public areas were clean. The food is very delicious and diverse. Late breakfast, night buffet, everything is thought out in detail, it is impossible to stay hungry. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, they are cleaned every day, the minibar is replenished every day and the air conditioning is sufficiently cold. The location is also nice, especially the distance to the sea is very close. The best place to go with your family in the region. The aqua park is excellent, the animation is a bit weak, but it is very good that there is entertainment every day. The hotel staff are very professional, nice-faced people who know their job, but the OLD gentleman who was also the photographer was very repulsive, sullen, egotistical, treated us like a second class person as if he wouldn't buy it because we are Turks, made us wait and didn't care, we didn't even buy the photo we were going to buy anyway, I condemn him for his attitude. It was good, I hope I choose Granada again next year 😁 I would also like to thank the ETS team, we left very happy.

Reading the other comments I'm shocked, we just got back from this hotel and had a brilliant time! The resort has everything you need, the kids loved the slides, there weren't large queues and entertainment was good. Staff were really friendly, the dinner service was on point and housekeeping always made sure we got sun loungers.

We had a reservation last week, we canceled it after looking at the comments, I had been to Granada Okurcalar and the beach before, Belek had the best reviews, I made a reservation with great expectations, I canceled it after looking at the comments, I was left wondering, but I have never had a bad review like this year in a Granada hotel before. I didn't see it, I'm glad I canceled it.

I'm at the hotel right now. And I have to say this is not a 5 star hotel for me. There are no people at the pool to help you
Offer or want to bring something to drink. You have to get everything yourself
At the bar. There's a line of more than 50 people at the bar and only two people serving. The food is always the same at the food bar. The fair is paying, which I have never experienced in other hotels. I've stayed in cheap hotels where the fair was free. Here I paid 7,200 euros and still have to pay for the fair. The servers at the bars want to get rid of you quickly and don't really listen. My son was standing at the bar and he just wasn't served for half an hour even though he was seen. Just because he's a child. Our trash from deck chairs also stays there until we leave. Something needs to be changed about the services at the pool and at the fair. I have a hard time standing in line with my kids for a drink every time. It has to be brought to the lounge chair. Shame on my money. I definitely won't come here again. For me, the Delphine be grand is the best hotel in Antalya if you value the service and food

If you have a child under 18 there is no point to book this hotel... They have there own rules in regards water slides, even if the manufacturer instructions state clearly that the main restriction is the hight they insist that you need to be 18 to ride.
But if a guest is less then 1.5 meters and under 50 kg they can go . But a kid that is same as that adult no !

Hotel itself is lovely, but that’s when cracks start to appear. A guest we have made friends with during our stay is distraught as her baby has become unwell and hospitalised from the pool water. Management are refusing to speak to her. Meanwhile staff around the resort encourage other guests to leave positive reviews. The food selection itself is also not worthy of 5* status, and clearly neither is the service. Look elsewhere.

Just came back from a family of twelve holiday.
Can not fault the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite. Hotel is huge, swimming pools are clean. Great water activities for the kids. Adult entertainment was so so, if you like bingo you will get badgered about 15 times throughout the day to buy bingo tickets, which gets annoying when you are trying to relax.

The hotel shops, are very over priced especially for water floats for the kids ( for a inflatable shark 94 euro ) so i would really recommend taking your own floats.

Food, is very repetitive it gets very boring after a few days. The beech food is much better, and the waiter service is excellent.

Overall, other than the food being same old, and shops being very over priced, hotel is well worth the money. Kids will love it.

Visited this hotel this week and left a day early due to poor service, unhygienic rooms and disrespectful staff members. Avoid this place unless you wish to share your seat with local cats and filthy rooms. Fridge never worked in our room, daily clean was never carried out properly and reception staff members walk away if you ask for assistance. Your guides in the hotel manage to get your details and will hound you to purchase tourist trips with an aggressive hard sale. On the positive side Ali (waiter) was a great guy always made sure me and my family had a smile on our face. Realistically a 3* hotel as the food did also taste processed.

My girlfriend surprised me on a weeks holiday for my birthday at this resort and it was the absolute best thing and nicest gift. Anyone could ever have given me. It would truly stay in my mind forever as the food was amazing. You get fed four times a day by an amazing buffet and food constantly being available at poolside. Our room was absolutely amazing as we stayed in the Maldives huts and even though we were in Turkey, it generally felt like it was in the Maldives. The staff were amazing. They hosted us so warmly, and there was a waitress in the shift with ginger Freezy hair that I will never forget because she was so funny and honestly had the best customer service I had ever received on the trip. I will 100% be coming back here and I recommend it to every single person that has a family and kids as it is so kid friendly as an adult. It makes you wanna be a kid again. the best resort in the world
