Nice hotel in a good location. The staff speaks many languages. It is especially pleasant to see trained personnel from Kazakhstan. It's a cozy hotel, although not big. Clean and good area. The sea, as in everything else, is at its best

We were initially worried about going after seeing some bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. It was amazing to be able to get a sunbed at anytime of the day and even move around to different spots at the pool. The life guards are always there making sure everything is Alright. Definitely will be back again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to major attractions. Overall, Novotel provided outstanding service, comfort, and convenience, making for an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

The staff is nice and polite, although they could use a bit more language knowledge. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The place is mesmerizing at night and the event (karaoke for example) are fun. The beach itself is also amazing, clean, the water is clear as glass and the corals are beautiful.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very respectful in terms of accommodating to the visitor needs. Any small disputes were dealt with accordingly. It’s located conveniently and the food and activities offered were fun. Highly recommended. Mirna was great in the reception and very responsive

I really like this hotel, I have been there several times and I will definitely go there again. Super good location, close to bars, cafes and discos for those who want action. At the same time, those who want peace can have a great rest in this hotel. The environment in the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms have been recently renovated, and the beach is the best in Naama Bay. The main restaurant has also been recently renovated, it has a lot of tables, so even when hotel is fully booked, there is no stress that there will be many people and it will be uncomfortable to eat.I would especially like to thank the chef Shaymaa from the a la carte restaurant, the dishes she prepared were of the highest level. Jack from the animation team is also very funny and friendly. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent and polite service.I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great place to stay - Palm Wing not beachfront. Palm Wing was quieter and more peaceful with less people. Can easily get to the restaurant and beachfront by crossing the road with assistance. Nice hotel at a good price. Spacious room with all amenities needed. Only strange thing was that the toilet was in a separate room to the main bathroom and there was no sink in the room with the toilet so had to use the toilet then go to bathroom to wash hands.

The location of this resort is amazing! It felt as though we were staying in Greece. It's a 10 minute walk from Naama Bay, which is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of pools, even a heated one! The resorted private beach is clean. The buffet is good. They have different dinner cuisines for each day of the week. The resort js very popular among Russians so the entertainment is mainly in Russian. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars is because our rooms shower had a really bad damp smell coming from it, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay here.
