Most of the rooms have not been renovated, appliances, furniture - everything in the rooms is old. The cleaning is poor, it takes a long time to clean, there are no bathrobes (although they can be obtained upon request), and there are no slippers in the room at all. The cuisine also leaves much to be desired; there is little variety on the menu. There is an Al Dente restaurant on the shore; the choice of dishes is also not rich. There are evening entertainment programs in the Sarm el sheikh Beach wing, but this is not for everyone. Not 5* for sure.

Nice hotel, large rooms, very comfortable beds! The food is ok, only the beef is always tough, translation of the product. Chefs, please cook the meat correctly! The sea is gorgeous!One big minus: at 12.00 they cut off the bracelets and that’s it! You can't eat! Very unpleasant!

I would not recommend this hotel…Had a lot of issues checking in, the room was super dirty, booked as Novotel Beach but they put us at Novotel Palms and we were charged extra to move to Novotel Beach …

This is not beachfront and you would need to walk 3 mins to the beach.Staffs are nice but some are rude-2 old men: 1 is the receptionist at Hotel Beach who was rude to me 2 times, and 1 guy wearing blue shirt without name tag- he never smiled at me, even took a huge bread and roasted and i needed to wait for a long time. Not a guest would eat that much bread to be honest. And he trained staffs in bad manners in the public. Such a bad person and line manager in general.Facilities in room are not well-equipped as a 5 star hotel: no wardrobe, no flip flop, no bag for beach.Toilet is in one room without sink so need to go to another bathroom to wash hands. Shower cannot be adjusted.Good: perfect noise cancellation, comfy big bed so i could sleep well. Perfect shower gel, shampoo, HC, hand wash even have body lotion - all smell good. Some young staffs are very nice and helpful. Good restaurant to dine in.

Great experience at Novotel resort Palm wingsWe booked a room with bunk bedsit’s clean and tidy, beds are comfortable + we ask for a crib free of chargeGround floor room with balcony pool viewOur booking includes 3 meal a day + snacks on beach, it’s open buffet but not that much choices everyday same menu so we skip few mealsThe staff are wonderful and well orientedReaching out the beach need to cross the road around 4 minutes walking or Golf car service available and it’s freeSwimming pool and beach closed at 7 PMFree internet accessI don’t recommend food room service 😁

The food is not good. the taste and sometimes it is very clear it is not fresh.The young staff guys are very kind and helpful but the bosses are not that good and not professional in their language and behavior including the vice manager who is walking around and checking people with very very weird looks.Rooms condition is not that good the door and the bed and even i ask for an iron they gave me a very old model and in a bad condition.By the way i stayed for a while at NOVOTEL MARSA ALAM too and i liked so much and enjoyed everything there and that's why i decided to go novotel sharm el shekh but i can't say it was a good experience and if you compare between both hotels you can say a 5 stars vs 3 stars hotel.

Really nice hotel. People have a nice attitude. The building is a bit old and it can be seen everywhere. Food can be improved. A lot! A bit of walking distance to the beach. Short distance to walk to the center of the village. Did I mention they can improve the food by a lot?

Nice and quiet location. Comfortable rooms. Excellent sandy beach in the main hotel, i.e. it takes about 5-7 minutes to get to the sea. Friendly staff & top quality food. I think it's probably the best I've ever tried in Egypt. Cocktails and bear are okay, but local white and red wine is only available at the restaurant. Internet does not exist anywhere except reception, but even there it's bad. Consider buying a local sim card instead. It's not expensive, and it'll solve all problems.
