We’ve just arrived and what an extremely warm welcome. Arrival drinks, upgraded room offered, I can truly say I’m very impressed so far and it’s only been 30 mins so far. More to follow!Day one has been absolutely fantastic. From the warm welcome to the very spacious room fully stocked fridge and snacks. The bedding and beds are luxurious and very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate water closet which is very helpful. Everyone working here has the intention of making your stay feel as comfortable relaxed and luxurious as possible.Special shout out to Margaret in the terrace bar, she anticipated every need with professionalism and is always welcoming.Elana in guest relations has seen to our every need with grace and friendliness- nothing is too much trouble.Syimyk in the main restaurant tended to every need and was very helpful.Cynthia in the Cafe Wein bar was especially friendly..There’s strong WiFi though-out the entire property’sMore to follow……

The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is very tasty and everything is fresh, good selection. Waiters try everything to please the guests. The rooms are rather large and very pleasant. The beach is also very clean and there is also a cool box by the loungers .. if you wish you can also order drinks using your mobile phone .. I would recommend this hotel to everyone !! Great Papillon team Great guidance from Mr. Usta!! This is what a vacation looks like! Thank you 🙌

I am currently staying here. High-quality service all round. From the rooms to the restaurant, play area for kids. Everything is very good. Staff are very attentive, such lovely staff who do everything for you. There are so many to name, but Murat and his colleagues at Wien Bar, the girl at the Italian restaurant, Hande and Sila at the pitasserie, Manizha at the main restaurant. The chap with the glasses at the food court, Padem at Z Lounge. Many, many more. The room service was fantastic, and the ladies were amazing. Guest relations were spot on, very efficient. Don't hesitate to book, all round very good experience. We will be back again. Thank you from room 3507.

The hotel is fantastic. While we were waiting, we were joined by Ivana a beautiful lady, who offered us to sit and enjoy the served drink, while she took care of getting our passports and brought us the registration form. A very kind and polite girl to explain all the details of the hotel. The architect has composed it in such a way as to avoid gatherings of people. Built with several bars, cafes, restaurants on three different floors. Bars on the beach (unlike other hotels that open at 10 and close at 18) stay open until midnight. The service staff is available at any time. The extra service with mini-fridge and scan code, which offers service according to the order of the scanned menu, is an innovation. Kadiri, a middle-aged and humble man who speaks several languages and never gets tired of serving. The food is super, also served in such a way that it does not create waiting lines. The cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, toilets, beach and all the premises was perfect.The spa staff was very kind. They guide us in all the premises. The entertainment part with shows and music as well as entertainment and childcare was also impressiveIt was a fantastic experience, in a super hotel, with super services and super staff. Wow for everything

Hello. Every year we choose one resort in Turkey. This resort is one of the best. It is very clean resort with best staff and services. Great was that we have meet on customer relations desk lady Ivana from Slovakia. She introduce all posibilities in resort and outside interesting places which we have visit later (Belek, Land of legends, etc).This was really great holliday in resort Papillon Zeugma Relaxury!

We stayed there for a week and were really happy. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. The food was amazing and abundant, it felt like we were constantly eating. The distance between the sea and the pool is quite short, you can easily pick and rotate between them. There's also a shaded playground for small kids.One word of warning: If you introduce the indoor playground to your kid, your beach vacation might be over ;'( Our daughter loved it so much, she didn't want to leave to go swimming anymore.
