A compact hotel with a beautiful green area, a good selection of restaurants and bars. However, at the beginning of October the staff seemed to be tired: they did not notice the expected friendliness. The friendliest waiters are at the Safran restaurant. In the main restaurant you won’t be able to wait for coffee at breakfast if you don’t order it right away by running into the room and finding a free table. Sometimes the staff even rolled their eyes at some requests, which was generally quite unpleasant and repulsive.In the main building, rooms with sea views are the noisiest. This is worth keeping in mind if you are used to sleeping with an open window.The bar on the second floor is very cozy and has the most delicious cocktails.The pool staff are hard workers. Every morning, individual refrigerators are filled with ice and water is laid out. The sun loungers are always leveled, the chairs are immediately removed before and after the show. The work of the staff here was highly appreciated!On the eve of departure, we were surprised by the hotel manager’s invitation to a meeting in the lobby, to which he... did not show up 😂 We were at the reception on time, to which we received the answer “The boss is busy, you can come in 40 minutes.” Naturally, we didn’t go anywhere, since we ourselves weren’t looking for this meeting, but we still didn’t understand the meaning of such an invitation - we only felt disrespect for our time and the status of guests.

Papillon Ayscha our second home. Service is first class. Choice of food very good. We are in the Select Villa, which are very nicely furnished and are a bit out of the way. There are toiletries and the minibar is refilled daily. I really like the beach bag, which is free. I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

We booked with lastminute.com and never has such a bad experience in our lives. We had fully paid, upon arrival we were told they needed our full booking payment because they had not received the payment from lastminute.com. We waited 2 hours in the heat trying to resolve it with a baby at 1am in the night. They wanted to drive us to a cash machine in the middle of the night but we didnt feel safe and had a credit card and refused to be driven to a cash point. After 2 hours they caved and accepted the credit card hold. I was in tears, broken, tired, with my 5 month old baby. The next day they told us magically they had been paid by lastminute and the hold was lifted, it was extremely suspicious and made the rest of our trip extremely awkward. No apology was given, no compensation. Avoid like the plague. Months later I still feel scared of booking hotels.

If there were ten stars, I would give them ten stars. The service, quality, hygiene, friendliness are all very good. I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. A 4 at best. I'll start with the positives:nice big gym, spa, pier, big pools, wide range of food options in the buffet, rooms quite nice, the Mexican restaurant, branded alcohol. Coffee bar & patisserie were lovely. Entertainment was good, we especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson night.The best experience we had was at the Mexican restaurant, I didn't catch the servers name (he was living in Uzbekistan but from Kyrgyzstan) but he was so lovely and friendly and made our evening so much more enjoyable. The Mexican food was also delicious.Negatives:Staff never smile and you have to ask for everything, nothing was ever easy. They were promoting the inside pool being open all year round on their social media while we were there and yet it was closed the whole time. So many flies on the food, I would expect it outside but it was worse inside.The hotel while looks grand at first sight, is quite tired. 90% of the other guests are miserable and rude, not sure what they get from a holiday if they just sit there angry the whole time. They didn't even applaud the entertainment.The hairdryer - it was like something from the 1960's, no air came out just burning hot heat so if you don't want to fry your hair bring your own.Final thoughts - I would not revisit. If you have children it might be worth it for the food choices and childrens entertainment.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! The hotel is fully booked, but you don't feel it. There are no queues for any of the restaurants or bars, and there are always free sunbeds available somewhere. There are lots of settings for quality relaxation. Everyone on the staff is friendly. The evening shows are something you'll want to watch again! I love tea, and they even have a selection of loose-leaf teas."

We have been visiting Papillon for three years and will be returning next year. We have tried other all inclusive resorts, however they do not compare to Papillon. The kids club and entertainment are fantastic. The resort has an unlimited variety of food options. The staff are always welcoming, attentive and super quick with their service. We recommend Papillon to anyone wishing for a relaxing and entertaining holiday.

This is the best hotel where I have stayed. I have been in several times in Turkish AI, but this hotel is really the best. The variety of food is very tasty. The animation team is top. They have different animation teams for children, teenagers, and adults. All teams are working hard and have a sense of vocation. Service is really client oriented, with care of customers. I would definitely go there again

We upgraded to one of the villas and honestly it was the best thing we did! Lovely quiet area adults only section, own sun lounges by the pool.Can’t comment on the rest of the hotel due to just being in the adults only section.As we didn’t use the main pool - very large selection in the main buffet different theme each night always a wide variety of food catering to my dietary requirements both at breakfast lunch and dinner.We got the special breakfast spread that you get near the beach. Absolutely love this load of selection of food and again cater to my dietary requirements.Location is a little out the way if you’re wanting to sightsee. Parking as we got a car to rent and travelled around the coast.Villa area always kept high standard and clean along with the pool area, majority of the staff were friendly. Apart from had one issue with a spa treatment and they refused to refund.Treatment wasn’t as described or accepted and left with a sour taste after the treatment due to no refund or even anything else offered.How do you feel? If we hadn’t upgraded our day would’ve been very different as the villa made the hotel for us so I would highly recommend this.
