We spent our vacation from September 13-20 and we really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, cleanliness and changed towels every day, varied, diversified and very good food. I recommend this resort. We were accommodated in one of the many bungalows around the hotel.

Top! You don't think you're in Turkey.All drinks are original!Coke, Sprite, Fanta from 0.2l cans,Alcohol is not local and you don't pay for it, Effes on tap.No extra fees for safe and minibar is filled daily.You get coffee from the barista from the portafilter machine, not instant crap.Fast WiFi across the board, also sufficient for streaming.The evening shows are all by artist groups and not by our own entertainers, so they are worth seeing and varied.Very clean facility with lots of employees.Pools are clean, large and available for all ages.Lots of slides, with long opening hours and very well supervised.There is also a children's area with a sun shade over the play equipment, a Lego room, a craft room, a cinema and a gaming room with a PS4.Pools, slides, beach are all located together by the sea, so you don't have to walk kilometers to go sliding with the children.At the time we traveled it was sunny 28°C during the day and ~20°C at night, the large pools were 25°C, the sea was 27°C and the children's pools and slides were heated to 28-30°C which was very pleasant.The heated children's pools were very pleasant, they always lose temperature quickly and if you constantly get splashed on your head, it's very uncomfortable with cold water.The beach is fine sand and very gently sloping, you can walk in for about 30 m and is 1.4 m deep.There are no stones in the water, just fine sand.You can watch schools of fish from a pontoon island.In our time, the autumn holidays were mostly attended by Russian-speaking tourists, many others write that it is a large proportion.Hey, but if that's the standard for the Russians, then I'd rather go here and have great food and drink than spend 4 days vacationing with friends and having diarrhea from a concentrated drink ;)

Just returned from our holiday and Papillion Belvil this are our pros and cons about the hotel :Pros:- Rooms are very big,- we consider our offer good value for money.- Staff very friendly and helpful- food was good but still can improveCons:- Child safety can be enhanced ex: some socket's didn't have child protection,- mattress were not vey good too soft (this it is subjective)- Very noisy, late show's util 23:00 can be relay annoying if you want to sleep and windows do not isolate very well.-Also very noisy in the hotel, you can hear every guest that is returning to his room-food not to diversified, 80% of the choices were the same daily.- 80% of the entertainment shows are in Russian- Very bad basic English for 90% of the staff, hard to communicate with them.In total I would say it is a OK hotel, but we wouldn't visit it twice.

We have been in papillon Belvil for 10 days. We had such a great holiday that we won’t forget !, everything and everyone were perfect! The food was delicious and includes a wide selection that suits everyone! The service was amazing the room cleaning was great too! The most memorable thing was the activities that were run by the animation team! Them young team are professionals and fabulous people that made us enjoy our experience there, we were planning to go out to explore Antalya and visit land of the legends but we kept being busy with a variety of sports activities and fabulous night shows as well as late night life musics.another important aspect was this resort is like a heaven to children a countless difference activities every day, pools suitable for all ages, aqua park and a large playground…..and many more! Our daughter had the best time ever! They even arranged a carnival for the kids with a large buffet. All the staff should be rewarded as they are representing the quality of this resort and we will definitely coming back .

Our stay at this resort marked our first Turkish experience.Pros:- The staff was polite and accommodating.- The food was excellent, offering a delightful culinary experience.- We initially had issues with music noise at night, but after reporting it, the problem was promptly resolved.- the SPA services were amazingCons:- The room was in dire need of a complete renovation.- Daily cleaning was superficial and lacked thoroughness.- The baby playroom had old, unsanitized toys, and the playroom itself was not properly cleaned.- The resort was crowded with guests, mostly Russian, who reserved sunbeds despite a rule against doing so, which was not enforced.Will we return? Definitely not.Will we try another Turkish experience? Maybe.

Jul 2024This summer I visited a wonderful hotel Papillon Belvil. I want to note the attention of all the working staff to the little things, which is very pleasant. Of course, for example, in the restaurant waiters do not always have time to come to the table and it will be much faster if you order drinks yourself in the bar. Also the entrance to the sea is very long (passing half the distance to the buoys water will be only waist-deep).The front desk staff are very smiling and willing to help at all times. As for animation, there are only positive emotions. I want to emphasize animators Liana, Sofia, Anatoly and Tunahan.These guys will charge you with positivity for the whole day and will definitely not let you get bored. Also, the hotel has a very interesting evening program: various theater and dance shows, theme parties and acrobatic performances. In general, the hotel caused positive emotions, and I recommend it to visit.

Honestly it might have been our best family vacation yet. The service is impeccable and it is simply impossible to get bored during your stay. There are fun activities to attend throughout the day, everyday. A great variety of delicious food as well!
