PARROTEL BEACH RESORT 5* asub NABQ BAY piirkonnas, mererannas. Rohelusega ümbritsetud hotell on sisustatud originaalses troopilises stiilis. Hotell avati 2001. aastal. Kompleks koosneb peahoonest, 12 kahekorruselisest ja 6 ühekorruselisest hoonest. Ühekorruselised hooned koos mereklubi ja Deluxe-tubadega asuvad mere lähedal. I went to the Parrotel Beach Resort with my Husband for our honeymoon. We were treated like King & Queen. We had read reviews of people complaining about the rooms and the food..... honestly I just think some people's expectations for what they pay are very luxurious & too high!! For under £1500 we had 10 days. We were all inclusive. The food between breakfast, lunch & dinner vary and you have plenty of choice. There is also a McDonald's & KFC down the road (around a 20min walk if you need our usual junk food). The most fabulous thing about this hotel is by far the people. There is not a member of staff who walks past you without greeting you. The boss, Tameer was fabulous. If he saw us waiting for a driver heading for a day out and we were waiting for 5 minutes more than expected, he would make a call. We would be remembered and greeted back when we returned. Our cleaner Mohamed, again was so amazing and would do different displays with our towels each time to keep us entertained. Extremely friendly. The pool guy Mohammed was also very accommodating & would get anything we asked for. Another Mohamed in the restaurant again was fabulous also, always greeting us and providing us with a table. As if waiting for us. In regards to feeling very cared for and taken care of, it is the perfect place. We would happily go back and take our children as they can experience all that we did. I cannot get enough of the kindness & the efforts. It really is amazing & the staff make it a very special experience. We also love Emad who was very special to us also. We love you all guys, we shall miss you. See you again for sure.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Parrotel! The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious and showcased authentic flavors, which might not cater to everyone’s palate ( white people) but was a highlight for me.I noticed some reviews criticizing the resort, but it’s clear that many visitors may not understand or appreciate the cultural differences. Ofcourse your alcohol service isn’t going to be the same as what you’re use to, it is a Muslim country after all. For those seeking a genuinely relaxing experience with great service and unique food, I highly recommend Parrotel. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this hotel. I will start with the positives and say that the room we had was very nice but we did get a free upgrade on arrival which was kind. However speaking to other people staying closer to the sea, the rooms were old and unsatisfactory. The swimming pool was great and the grounds in the hotel were well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful, no complaints towards them.However, the food was not good. It was mostly the same for the whole week we stayed there and just was bland. In the restaurant, there were multiple occasions that there was no cutlery, no glasses for drinks, no plates or tables. I completely understand when it’s busy but this was most days all at different times.Same with the bars, it was common to have to wait 5/10 minutes at the bar as there were no glasses. The alcohol drinks I don’t think had alcohol in them, you could drink and drink and not feel tipsy at all. The bartenders were very nice, especially if you tipped them. The lobby bar was the best one for the drinks and normally had glasses as it wasn’t that busy.The animation was poor. The team were friendly but especially in the evening it would be a half an hour disappointing show and then a few dances that they wouldn’t even invite people to join in, just watch them for 5 minutes. Then they would go around and ask people to come out to a club and pay 25 dollars for a transfer to a club. Or pay 7 dollars for a foam party on the beach that consisted of 30 mins of watching the animation team dance, a quick fire shows and a belly dancer. Things like that should be the standard not an extra. There was aqua gym and your normal volleyball but the evenings were just boring.We had a problem with a tour that was booked with a company on the hotel premises which turned out to not be what they sold us. It was a waste of a day and a 100 quid on a couple however after we told the hotel manager he did apologies and offered a different free tour which was nice.Overall, I would not come here again. There are so many better options for the price. Not all of it was bad, but a lot of the main things need to be improved to actually be a 5 star hotel.

The Hotel itself is excellent. It had big pools, great entertainment, a nice beach with corals, amazing food, amazing staff. The biggest let down is the rooms. A lot of the rooms look like they have not been updated since the 1970s. Not only this but they're very dirty and the cleaners don't clean whatsoever, despite getting left tips. I would say this is a 5 star resort, I'd give it 4 stars at best.

Our personal experience of this hotel and staff have been absolutely amazing. We have been so well looked after. As 2 women travelling on our own we have felt so safe. The staff, especially Nagy the security manager has gone above and beyond for us. The life guards, pool manager, reception staff have all been superb. The food is good, the activities are really good. The animation team have been amazing with us too. I really can’t fault this hotel at all and so pleased we chose to stay here. We’ve had a fantastic week and want to thank you all. Hayley & Ruth. Room 2102
